Sky-Eye to All
Since you hardly get anything and also a NT game does not fully count for training I came up with the idea. If someone plays in U-21 Or NT the assignment should not matter. For example, an Att coach can still play tech for MID and get full training. Many NT trainers are afraid to run DEF as MID. this would have been an accommodating one.
Also, NT players and U-21 should not get effective injuries as in the arcade. You have to sacrifice the most expensive players and get nothing! See, for example, Adrianos Ahlioptas,

Injuries are common...also for international matches. But I would like to see clear boosts on stamina and experience and both "skills" should have much more influence on the game of your players!
Like exp. Should get more boost, the higher level the player plays. F.e. a player should receive more exp. playing in 1st class then in 3th class. Also a exp. ceiling should be set for each player, according to his league class he plays in. Like a 3th class player should only be able to get excellent exp. Where a 1st class player should get brilliant f.e.
And with NT games you can then boost their exp. to superdivine! Also, formidable stamina should be possible to break through with NT matches! This way players will get a decent bonus for playing NT matches to compensate the injury risk.

They needed to put more thought into how NT affects, not just training, but also injuries. Since it is someone else using your player.

I have a weird situation with this player: Estanislao Montaño. Defender, but I use him with MID order for training. I will probably compete in CC, and If I use him as MID in CC, then if he plays NT match as DEF, and then plays in the league as MID again, he gets no bonus but plays 3 games. At least I think he gets no bonus in that situation.

I agree in the boost for exp. in NT games even training bonus could be higher, but not with the league classification somehow.

About stamina boost, I will change it to form rather than stamina.

There are something to point about this: It is not the same for U21 National Teams (which benefits the most out of the training bonus) than for Senior National Teams (which don't train after some age)

The U21 in mind was the exact reason why I talked about stamina!
Most U21 managers complain about the low stamina their players have. With an extra boost in stamina for playing international matches you can compensate that.
Form...I would not touch with NT matches, cause that would be unfair for all players who doesn't get caps because the NT coach does not select them.

Training boost should be canceled, cause here, again, it's unfair for players who don't receive caps (because of form or lower skills).

But f.e. players with an NT stamina boost will run faster, the longer they run, so they can receive a pace boost after 3 seconds or so. Also, a player with stamina boost will accelerate faster and recuperate more.
And exp. boost can make a player make better decisions, more accurate tackles, and fast(er) throw-ins and set-pieces to make better use of openings...
And maybe they will play more in ball posession when their team is ahead but struggling at the end of a game. more exp is less defensive risks and better positioning...
Just thoughts, but it would be a nice touch to the current ME.

Probably the simplest solution is for the U21 and NT games to be rated as arcade games: That means no training and no injury. Only the players can gain more experience.

The last question would be to clarify whether the owner would get money back for the use of his players (for example 3 125 $ for a use in the U21 and 6 250 $ for NT), but that doesn't have to be the case. But creating some kind of incentive would be great. Maybe experience should play a bigger role in Sokker?
