I like a lot your propposals, plus I think one easy thing to do is to increase salaries.
Teams will have to buy more balanced players and choose their stars, then tactic will be more important and new good managers will be able to develop faster

I agree with DiBaciu that people should have a benefit to loyalty, playing a long time, should carry that advantage of the investment of time and energy in their teams, it can't be random. however there also needs to be a route that can allow teams to move towards the top with a sensible level of pace.

I agree that player wages probably don't rise rapidly enough at the top and higher wages for the most skilled players would benefit.
Top teams have compleetd upgrading stadiums so can suck all their money into bidding for best trainees, and therefore keeping the advantage. They can easily afford best coahces. Potentially this could be done by creating slightly more skills at the top maybe...1 or 2 new levels, for players and coaches but with even higher salaries that suck up more income for the top teams, and relatively small skills upside.

I don't. Managers who always tried to be competitive and invested alot in their team to maintain a higher position in the league will now be forced to sell players because otherwise their economy is going onto bancrupcy because they don't have a pile of money to fall back to, thus they'll be disadvantaged and discouraged for their years of effort.
If there is 1 thing that is needed, it's more people within the game, not less money, since it's the fruit of our years of effort and dedication.
All prices went down because of a higher amount of players being put for sale, but a lower amount of players could be bought because of the 4 weeks rule. My opinion is that that rule has worked in the benefit of the game for the general economy. Raising wages will only cause more problems, certainly for starting managers who could affort that 1 great dude to lift their game level up. With a wage raise, they will be forced to sell that player again, before going bancrupt (again)...

+1

I have also posted this in the past.

maybe a solution would be to put in the list all the players from teams that become bots...this way the users would buy the players and the money would go nowhere reducing the inflation of the game's economy that has gone crazy high after the reduction of the users

Yep, this is one of the things that should be done. Works well for a number of things: inflation, players will become a bit cheaper probably, and because of that less rich teams can buy better players and reduce the gap to the next level.

But this will only work if there are enough stong managers left that will quite. Unfortunatly, this has already happened with many strong managers.

Should also be done with fired players. First to the transferlist, and then leave the game when they aren't bought.

Another great feature... Free agents...

Like they come into the youth squad, unknown players might present themselves onto the transfer list and, like an auction, the highest bidder will buy the player and the money goes out of the game...
