Subject: Tactics not working and Players not responding

I would like to know what is happening with the engine and the tactics, my last 3 games I have played and I have lost emphatically against teams that put me 20-year-old players with less skills such as speed and defense and I see them run faster that my players understand that the form is important but that a player of 300,000 or 400,000 surpasses in a match in all the plays 900,000 and 1,000,000 players who have better skills. I do not understand what is happening apart from the fact that my players do not respond to the movements that he commands them to do in tactics.

Note: I have been Champion of my country for more than 6 years and it is not that I cannot lose, but in these ways I do not understand, if something has changed in the game engine or in the tactics, please tell me.

In sokker tactics are quite important at first glance seems u returning your strikes back to center and your opponent approaches then up front also 3 defs in line is quite risky in sokker ...

No...this has nothing to do with tactics...
I see the same trend with my own team and the NT!
I have a 22 year old midfielder, great talent, but not nearly as good as the mids from the Belgium NT. Though he plays waaaaaaaaay better than all of them!
Yesterday he evaded 5 consecutive tackles in 1 rush against double divine defenders. But my triple superdivine NT striker doesn't seem to get 2 in a row...ever!
This ME is completely broken... There are things changed which gives the lesser team an incredible advantage over the better teams.
Devs can say they didn't do a thing and I believe them, but still there are things changed. I can confirm there are things changed, definitely!

No...not at all... Something changed within the ME, but the devs doesn't know what yet, cause they didn't touched the ME yet.
I see this changes at the same time the injuries frequency rised up... You can say it's a normal frequency. True... But it's higher then before...

Nerozurro, lately many coaches became more efficient with their tactics, because they tried new things. I thin one of them is your U21-manager, bogged. Another one is my assistant, foutinho. Just take a look at his latest matches (or here) and you will realize, that even if someone has a strong team, it is difficult to win over foutinho, because of his tactics. I called him "my asistant", but in reality he is already a "master of tactics". ;)

Well, ofcourse this is random. Should everyone get the same? That would make no sense.

You can call things random ( I will disagree in most cases), but injuries seems to be random. Not sure, I don't know the ME programming.

Tsolis I can be convinced with right arguments but since I had really high injuries rate in the past and very low lately despite I see a lot of injuries overall I prefer to believe ME did not change.
I do believe that more and more users have great tactics and getting difficult to win against more teams than before but that's normal and assume good thing.
Particularly in this case I watched one of his games and gave a pointers it's up to him to improve or not ...
And last thing let's not forget random in sokker iv seen way more unfair games...

I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say.

I know, devs didn't change anything... That's a fact! But I do see a trending that top players are playing waaaaaaaay under their potential, where younger and incomplete players play like superstars! Both form around divine! And THAT is the thing where I see a big change in comparison with 3/4 seasons ago...

I have observed that headers from players now cover longer distances than what it was a season ago.
