Hi all, have you seen new training report page?
It shows effectiveness of your coaches.

For me unearthly skill of main coach is valued at 94%.
Both magical skill and general magical coach are valued at 88%, but there is one magical coach with lowest wage of them is valued at 87%.

At the same time brilliant coach with wage a bit higher than 87% dude is valued at 84% etc.
When I set another main coach, his brilliant skill is valued at 82%, incredible at 76% and outstanding at 71%.

Very interesting.

Interesting.

There is nothing interesting with my coaches though, it just seems that certain percentages match certain skill levels. Every unearthly skill seems to be 94%, every magical 88%, etc.

Nope. The percent represent the sum of skills, not really the coach level.

Exactly! And to be more precise, the percent represent the sum of skills (without the decimals of each skill), not really the coach level.

I'd say it represents skills' average which is comparable to coach level thus easier to understand.
But you can always use sum of skills, because it is the same thing.

I was talking about individual skills of the main coach.

You guys are right about the overall skill percentage, it is calculated using sum of skills without decimals. My unearthly youth coach has 93% witch can't be the real effectiveness. Even if he is barely unearthly (16.01) the overall percentage would be 94%.

94% represent talent 3.19 if 100% is talent 3. So we can expect in that case a max talent of 3.19
2021-08-26 19:28:15
How did you come up to that?
2021-08-27 09:56:08
just math. IF (in theory) a (player) talent itself represent 100% of speed training and finaly the training speed is a % ( coach efficience) of this 100 %. That could be correct (or not) in the theory, but as far as observation is concerned, we have never seen a player finish with a certified talent of less than 3.1 over 34 weeks (the maximum possible).

Then why are there players who came out of the youth school with 58 skillpoints?
It resembles Supersuperdivine youth skill... High good when entering is the maximum. 3.1 is max talent, 34 weeks in youth school is the maximum. so in theory 11 netto pops starting from high good (7) = maximum 18, superdivine = 55.8 skillpoints

17.99 * 3.33 = 59.9

Why 3.33?
2021-08-28 15:09:47
I allways use '3,33' as parameter for juniors level estimation , and i think it works just fine. For example, I observed the evolution of some youngsters in my team and I know the level of each one when they got pull from youth school. For example, if 2 players from my youth school got pull with general level '14' and one of them have 46~47 (= 3,33*14) skill sum and the other one 43~44. The first one is mot likely to not improve in any skill with general training in the first 8 weeks (or 3, 4, 5... you got the point), the second one is very likely to improve in some skills.

Of curse all of this depends on junior coach's level, number of weeks the player was in junior school and the fact that we don't know the tenths or hundreths of skills.

This players as example:

poor [3] stamina hopeless [1] keeper
formidable [11] pace unsatisfactory [2] defender
excellent [10] technique adequate [6] playmaker
very good [9] passing formidable [11] striker

He got pull when was level '14', with 44 skill sum. He trained only pace for 13 weeks and got 4 pops. It took 2 trainings for the first pop, so he was closer to 8 than 9 in pace.

3rd general training: stamina +1;
5th general training: passing and playmaker +1;
7th general training: defender +1;
8th general training: striker +1.

With this information I can 'imagine' his real skills like:

Stamina: 2,8 instead 2;
Keeper: 1;
Pace: 8;
Defender: 1;
Technique: 10;
Playmaker: 5,5 instead 5;
Passing: 8,6 instead 8;
Striker: 10,7 instead 10.

Total skill sum: 47,6.

We don’t know the relation between level and sum of skills, but usually we said that s around *3.
but we don’t kn why certain level (with certified talent) goes out of school with less skills than the expected 3* (maybe stamina calculation or the fact that when a junior reach 10 level He can’t progress anymore in this skill). So IMO it’s more secure to use 2.7 * level = sum of skills, less (bad) surprises.

Hi there, may i know the reason why my player didn't train for 4 consecutive weeks while he was registered on my tactics and played entire 90 mins...? https://sokker.org/ee/app/training/player-info/37642378/
