Subject: Training system

If the season will be shorter.
It would be good the pop ups would be faster in the new system. Because slower pop ups could be boring for the users.

Maybe could be interesting if younger players (u21) could pop +2 in a skill as well.

Devs want to avoid multiple (super)divine players on a regular basis...
Having multiple pops (+2) will certainly not be the case, except for stamina on the low levels...

Maybe just for 16 and 17 year olds then...it would just be more interesting especially if the seasons were made shorter like Red_Pirate is stating.

First I will sell my team. Then I will buy an entire 17 y old team for the season. +2 pops is unmissable. Then business as usual : selling all for millions. Making sokker great again 1 more season. :-)

Apart the joke, it’s an interesting question. It’s nearly impossible to push a competition reform without a training reform ready too. So when Devs plan a competition reform for the next season we should be ready for another postponed.

Perhaps the old OR the new training system could be choised by each coach for the season, at the beginning ...

That's impossible. The old one is based on training 22 players on pace, but pace....training a bit slower.
The new one is based on training max 10 players on a compleyely different scale.

It's about 80% users who are completly not aware about the new training rules because they are not on forums ... What ever a national or (less) an international one ...

It will be a nightmare with more and more outed users, as soon as it will be begin without a choice to keep old system (until coach want to choose the new and better system).
It's just my opinion. It is and will be clearly a communication problem.

Just today 50% users have already forget that what will be the new system league ...
Because it's just written somewhere on an international "hidden" forum, far away on a post or in an archived topic.
And it's just 50% in 20% who readed a day, that will be exist :-)
So ... 10%. 90% of users will be totally surprised by will happen.
