Subject: [change] Unlock max number of players per position
I'm for unlocking it too.
Currently you can already play any tactic you want. The orders are only a little information given to the player
So, the only goal I find to be limited is the training, but that limitation will have little sense in the new training system...

I would even prefer an extra limit in the training to lift the order limit IN GAME.
So playing an 8-1-1 or 1-8-1 or 1-1-8 should be possible!
And in return...make a limit to the training slots where you need at least 1 player for each order.
So 1 GK
1DEF
1MID
1ATT
and 6 in any position!
Seems fair imo...

Well, this modifies the limit of spaces to receive training and the idea is not to intervene much in other Sokker matters. I mean, for me it would be great I like to train players from my country, but in this case we are only talking about removing a limit that would not make much sense if and only if they modify the training system as they have said.
The idea is to be carried out in many ways, but as I mentioned in the topic, the idea is that it affects the developers' work as little as possible, the change in the training system is already something planned.

Sokker at this moment orders only have 2 functions.
1. Define if you prioritize clearing, shooting or dribbling/passing actions.
2. Limit of players to receive training (2gk, 10 def, 10 mid and 6 fw).
You just forgive another one : training (efficiency) is dependent of orders.
Eg. ATT order receive more training for striking, MID more for passing/playmaking ...
Since the training order AND match orders are both dependent (even in the new system!) we just can't play as we want on the field without training consequences.
The only way to solve this is to remove orders in the training system.
Removing order limits will also create a nice side effect. 10 STRIKERS training at max : it will be the paradise of farmer teams and not tactical teams.
The only way to solve this (farming) is to design another training system that will drastically reduce specific training (aka ORDER training) and increase General training, for all the players who play during a week, or limit to 22 slots (11 + 11 subs) whatever players play or not.

That is the most stupid rule there is atm.
This should be removed asap, cause it doesn't make any sence at all.
F.e...
You have a defender, need to play him as a defender, cause his midskills are too low and he will make stupid mistakes if he plays with mid order!
However...if you want the player to grow in his midskills, you MUST place him with MID order, cause playing with DEF order will drastically reduce the training effect.
Talking about a contradictionary feature! Always hated that feature. Far worse then the ''injury problems'' imo!

OH crap, this is true!!! then they should also change this D:
I agree with Dtox9, it is something that should also change. Trainning players we should not have that limitation, it is already difficult enough to coordinate training with so many players and skills should be important according to the needs of the coach, not because of the field position
Thanks for comment

Absolutely true.

If you have a defense with a good level in TEC and PAS, by assigning him the MID order, he will be able to take advantage of the good level that he has in his secondary abilities.
Now a WING midfielder or attacking midfielder with the FW order, will be able to choose to shoot balls more frequently, at this time the midfielders can reach the rival box and it doesn't matter if they have a clean shot, they will try to give a pass.
To me this looks more as an ME problem as limited tactic options.
If something would be changed, I prefer an ME tweak, so MIDs do shoot on goal when near or in the box, when they have a clear shot. Same for dribbling wing DEFs. Maybe it could depends of the skills of players, and positiion on the pitch (I wouldn't like if my center DEFs start dribbeling too often and too far), I would prefer a MID with high passing and low striker to pass instead of shot on goal. Same for a wing DEF, he should not start dribbling with low Technique skill, specially not when a MID is nearby.
But if in both these examples the skill is, lets say, Incredible and higher, it would be fine to try shooting and dribbling.
Another thing is, when there are no limited tactics anymore, the ME probably needs to be changed a lot more, or completely.
