Subject: Gigantic future inflation
Its not same for new/small teams. They get more money, but bigger teams are getting much, much more. Difference is too big, when new teams still starts with 250k€.
And it won't stop, its hard to calculate but after a few years you will buy players not for milions, but for billions. Imagine beeing new player then.

as it always was.
difference is that now that are able to sell for more faster, thus being able to improve team faster in basic aspects - stadium, coaches, youth school.
new teams don't compete with big teams so it's not a problem.

I doubt it, but you can give me your calculations on current inflation, by how much did the prices rise in one season?
btw. there was a point where prices were even higher and players went for 25m euro+... back when many people were active
In 2008 I sold this player for 15m euro
Eints Lossmann, age: 21
solid stamina, tragic GK
divine pace, excellent defender
very good technique, very good playmaker
excellent passing, formidable striker

Inflation is not problem for the users, as we just need to adapt, still there is one problem with players price inflation.
As game in general have more money every week inflation will continue until they introduce some way of dragging money out of the game. On other hand fixed prices are still the same. So fixed expenses will become effectively smaller. Like 250k euro for winning cup or CC, or my 500k euro player salary that I pay every week.
Example: I'm paying 6.5 mil euro every season on player salaries and 10 years ago while top players where 10 mil euro that was big 65% of that price. But now as top player is 25 mil euro that is only 26%, so I nodays don't care to much about salaries of the players, about salaries of trainers, about income from winning the cup, about expenses of junior academy, about price for expanding stadium, as all of this expenses are more and more irrelevant against profit that we get from training and reselling players.
So while game in general is gaining money players prices will continue to raise and by doing that we will step by step loose some other aspects of the game I mentioned before.

It is true
but it is in fact GOOD for new/small users
old users already have stadiums and fixed income (sponsors etc.) allowing them to fund top coaches, youth schools etc.
new users don't have and won't have a high fixed income for a long time, but they can profit from higher prices which allows them to improve their team faster
for 'end game' users...that's true, we don't care about the costs anymore cause we don't have to

Bringing new money in the game week in week out is not good for this game, It is just too long and too much already.
There should options to spend money that leaves the game. Like stadium improvements to make supporters more happy, better mood. The mood of my supporters is terrible for a long time now. I would love to do one or more stadium updates to improve mood.
Or hire a psychiatrist (or whatever name you can give it) to improve players form.
Things like that.
And another option, but unfortunately it is already too late to make a real difference, ALL players after being fired should go to TL first before deleted, and also when teams are reset. When these players are bought, no manager earns money as these are 'free' players.

This wouldn't work. Why does someone care about their supporter's bad mood? Because it negatively impacts their income - lower ticket and sponsorship money. If you could improve that mood with money then you should only do that if it's profitable - but that means more money in sokker, not less.

How about an option to spend millions on improving form of players?
2 birds, 1 stone :p
2 birds, 1 stone :p
In the long run it should be an option that cost money, reduce the money earned each week. Not sure how, maybe make costs for maintenance high. If this new updates are visible on stadium page, as in good looking, maybe it is worth the money for managers.
Or some other customization. Yes it cost money, but if someone had enough, it could be spend on something like that. But to make that happen, someone should make good looking options.

Good idea! Hire a new staff member (high skills for maximum efficiency, so staff with a high wage)
Or being able to hire a doctor (or whatever he is called) for a couple of days/weeks/months, for a lot of money. So not a permanent new staff member.
Not sure what is the best option.

they already said they plan to do that
in youth school you will have to pay just to use a brilliant or magical or unearthly coach
in short they plan to change youth school so that you will have to pay a lot of money just to have what you have now
people will hate it and many will close or decrease their youth schools, it will be a disaster, I'm 100% certain of that

But also older juniors will be a bit better if they remove the "excellent" limitation, which may balance it
Not necessarily if they mess it up
now even with bad distribution (for example high defender + high striker) the rest was also decent because there was a limit at excellent so the skill points couldn't go more into such two skills
if you increase that limit you can get a player with let's say outstanding playmaker, outstanding striker and very low pace, tech etc.

I was thinking on points going to stamina and keeper on brilliant+ juniors that could go to useful skills instead, but we'll have to wait until they give us more details

Right column skills shouldn't be mixed into the dustribution.
Give all youth players 1 main skill and distribute the remaining skillpoints on the left column. Then, if a manager want to give the player a 2nd main skill, he can choose to do that himself

At least Poland won't be hit that hard...
The more managers in countries, the more rich(er) teams there are. In the near future the closing of many youth schools because of too high costs will hit the smal(ler) countries hard. Way less national players so NT's will go down quickly.
And looking at my situation. With the new setup of leagues, I already lost over 200 supporters and a max of 16000 visit matches each week, sometimes just 8000, half and a quarter of what it used to be. So my money is already down, and I can't get the mood up anymore. I already didn't earn the big money, but now it is even way less. In my case, and I think I'm not the only one, the wrong managers are affected by less income.
The income of the top leagues, and in Poland that are way many leagues as in the Netherlands, should get less income to start with. The gap between weak teams in weak divisions (lack of supporters) should be made smaller with strong teams in strong divisions.
Simply reduce income would be a first step. And ofcourse this should affected teams with high income the most, and teams with low income (almost) not.
