Subject: Gigantic future inflation

Yep, one time. Ofcourse let all managers know this is going to happen in one or seasons from that moment, so all money can be spend

it doesn't work that way

this money doesn't go to sokker, it goes to another manager who then will also spend it etc., this money will simply go into circulation

This is also not good for new managers.

Game for new managers was and still is overall a really bad experience. Give them a bigger stadium, more supporters, make an interactive tutorial that will give them more starting money after finishing it. Now you need to know how to make money using very limited resources, if new manager doesn't have past experience with the game he will most likely suffer in the first months until his income and knowledge becomes better. Or, as it happens in 98% of cases, he will leave the game.

And not good for teams like me. The new division and league has hit me had. I'm loosibg supporters by the dozens, stadium is almost empty, income has dropped already. It has become even harder to keep up with stronger teams, let alone trying to become as strong.

Don't blame the game for limitations you set for your own club. I see you are only using players you raised from youth school, you surely know it's not optimal and you won't have a chance compared to clubs playing with better strategies, their current wealth doesn't matter.

I don't say my solution is the only and/or best solution, but a solution should only effect those teams earning and owning too much money, that has a negative effect on the game. New and weaker teams should not be limited with income. To make it to the top, managers do need money and that is fine.

So whatever the solution, it must have full effect on the teams 'responsible' for the inflation.

I'm sorry, but your idea is not a solution, it would increase the inflation further. Clubs that hoard money don't cause inflation if they don't spend their money. And you want them to spend that money, pump it into to the market. This would be a tragic time for sokker economy :P

Another solution could be somehow an increase of costs. And in such a way there is a tipping point making money will not cover the costs anymore. But I think that is difficult to implement. For example, it won't be fair to implement permanent higher stadium costs all of the sudden, as managers have been upgrading stadiums over time.

You would need much higher stadium costs for it to make any real difference. Divine coaches could make some difference with their wages, but still it would only be a fraction of current increased stadium income. And increasing youth school costs too much may cause opposite effect if people close them.

Well, that is not a problem if that happens for a short while. The solution is for the long run, the time Sokker exist.

And that is how it should be, money should circulate so it will also reach the bottom leagues. The problem is that more and more and money is in the game. That should be stopped. And also, hopefully players on the transfermarket will be affordable again.

So it doesn't make my point, a max amount of money manager can own, any weaker.

+1

Solution is to either reduce money coming into the game or ways to consistently remove money from the game. Or a mix of both.
Not forcing hoarders to spend or limit amount of transfers which achieve nothing.

I would still toy with idea about changes in transfer taxes.
Maybe progressively increase the tax based on transfer amount (0-1m taxed as it is now 5% + 5% for young players, 1-5m 10%+5%, 5m + 15%+5% or smth like that. Maybe only base 5% for selling players from your own ys). Small teams would be unaffected by that. And day trading would be a lot harder as profit margins would become less.

a transfer limit of 15 players each season can do the trick.

This is a problem for new managers, who need to change the complete team from start. And also need to do more transfers when promoting.

And THAT is a part that needs adjustment too! New teams need players they can work with. Not the garbage they have and had in the past as new teams.

I think a transfer limit 5 players per season is more than enough. Anyone who has more transfers is a wild trader that ruins the game

(* sarcasm* )

A limit on incoming transfers or outgoing?
Or both?
2022-11-29 22:39:58
Limit on transfers for teams with a huge budget maybe.
2022-12-03 20:22:00
just make everyone limit the amount of money you can spend in a season is 20-30M Euros.

Poor people won't be affected and rich people will need to be smart buying players .

But the inflation in this game is because there is no much player in the market. They need to fix youth school :(

You can buy one striker for that price if you are top team :))
