An outflow is normal for any game, the problem was no inflow

I voted yes but my second thought is no I barely have time for current game and I do not want to be tempted with another one :)

umish0 to 5ky
I think that first they need to repair the game, and late maybe could be a premium option, Other server divide community and I don't think this is a good idea at future, much communities contries are smalls.

And the team have most important tasks that should be prioritized, bugs (a lot of), calendary, stadium view, injuries, training view and others.

Maybe any plus user could have the chance to make a 2nd team in the test server. Taking into account that it could be reset at any time

From one side it could be another motivation to get the plus, and for the other it could help to make better testings

1. add new functions
2. repair what's not working (a lot already)
3. open new server
4. start ads, marketing etc.

I think there should be a way to spend money that doesn't stay in the game. Way too much money enters the game each week (as if new money is printed continously), without money exeting the game.

Grass uprade and paying for keeping the grass fine is such an option. Also rebuilding stadium is money exeting the game, but in the long run a lot more will enter again because of more supporters in stadiums. In a way this can't be stopped, as money spend should give something in return that benefits the club.

Or, implement an option to stop loosing too much money, by spending money!

What i mean is, at some point the club is making less and less money, so the losses become to high if nothing is done to prevent this from happening, A solution could be to make supportersmood more and more important the higher teams play in divisions. When mood is low for too long, really a lot of supporters will leave and many won't come to matches anymore. This way clubs will loose a lot of money each week, which also won't be compensated at the end of the season by payment of supporters, because many have left the club (and this should be way more as now a days)

But ofcourse there should also be a solution to boost the supportersmood for a while, by giving supports a reason to stay supporter, and come to the stadium; for example stadium upgrades. Free gadgets for supporters, stadium lights, soundsystem, foodstands, (better) parking, a supportershome for example (and a few more if possible) and all should have 5 or 10 levels to upgrade, each level is more expensive as the other. The less expensive upgrades could be fine for second division, but in first division the more expensive upgrades are more important to boost supportersmood back to a level supporters are more happy and will visit more matches and less will leave the club, eventhough the club is loosing too many matches. (nice if these upgrades are also visible in stadium picture).

And to make sure money will keep exeiting the game, these upgrades will continue to cost money, like grass upgrades. The moment spending money on these upgrades is stopped, all will keep going down again.

This way managers are even more managers of the club in total, and all this will cost money ofcourse. There could be more options to make managers spend more money the higher they play in divisions, and the larger the club becomes. All with the intention to get money out of the game.

I don't really understand why more money on the market is considered a problem, can you explain?

Also don't understand your idea, why losing money should be aimed at top teams? Do you want to give people another reason to stay low and concentrate on training and making money?

The whole idea is to give new managers a change to make it to the top. Money is one of the biggest reasons why this is impossible. Not only because with way too much money all players that someone needs can be bought, no problem at all, even a whole team if needed. Secondly, because of all that money, players have become way too expensive for other managers, and because of that the gap between new and old teams is way too large.

The only way to make this gap smaller, is to take money out of this game for clubs that have too much, or have a lot. Make it more difficult and specially more expensive to stay at the top, And make sure this 'more expensive' will leave the game.

It makes absolutely no sense to just add and add more money into the game.

Let's await the upcoming changes before running ahead of ourselves...
Devs were talking about a new kind of youth expense, higher max levels for coaches and players...
Maybe additional stadium expenses...
While things are changing, extra costs are not the solution.
I know you want to counter farming but the core of the game just doesn't allow extra expenses for people who want to compete for the highest possible, cause they need to invest way more money than they are gaining.
The game allows teams to invest in very young players to train to top notch players. But with very young players, you cannot compete against anyone in higher leagues.
Therefor the game needs a reforming within the way we are training young players.
Either we create a 2nd competition for U21 players with an actual purpose to the matches, instead of the drop dead super boring matches we have for the youth now.
OR
We lift up the ceiling for youth players so they can come out of the youth school with divine skills.

still, I don't see either of those being implemented, so the farming stays an important part of the game.
However, there should be a healty balance between the farming and being competitive.
And then, maybe it's a good idea to make a rule, stating teams need to use a minimum of x% of U21 players for each competitive match.
For starting teams, there should be an alternative league (amateur league) for minimum their first season, so they can work towards a team that meets all requirements needed to enter the pro league.
Pro league = more revenue, more sponsorship, access to the market for +22 players f.e.

The whole idea is to give new managers a change to make it to the top

It's an illusion, thinking new managers will make it to the top, competing against teams who play for years and years...
Making it to the top takes years and years, as it was for all of us who are playing at the top right now.
Also, maintaining at the top is the hardest part of sokker and with extra expenses and money sinks, that part will become completely impossible!
Helping new teams is good, but not at the cost of the hard work and dedication of all teams who worked themselves to the top!
I said it before.
Give new teams better starting means. Better players, better staff, a bigger stadium and a decent tutorial to interactively learn their way in the game.
And imo that is all they need. The rest of the game doesn't need change for the benefit of new(er) teams.

I think it's easier for new managers if the players are more expensive.

1. The difference in absolute prices don't matter the way you think they do, because it's compensated by bigger increase in your team value by training young players. Let's say now a "top team of players" costs 100M euro and you can make 10M euro / season by training, you need ~10 seasons to reach a "top team" value of players. If you somehow cause deflation and a "top team of players" costs only 50M euro then you also decrease what you can make from training to ~5M/season and you still need these ~10 seasons to reach that "top team level" value.

2. Bigger player prices and weekly income help to develop new teams where the costs are constant - quickly building better stadium, paying your coaches wages (and players wages, but at the beginning coaches wages are more important), recruiting coaches on magical-unearthly level, running youth school.

3. If you somehow cause deflation you make clubs that have now tens or hundreds of millions in their account effectively richier, on the other hand inflation makes them effectively poorer.

4. The only problem with high prices for new clubs is getting cheap but good enough players for training, but it is still doable if you know what you are doing.
