Hello guys!
Please help me understand a situation: this week until today, I had set up striker training for the midfield (MID) position (I know what it means about the effectiveness of training) and I played 15 strikers with MID role (I have many), keeping an ATT striker in every match (1 in the friendly and one in each official) to score some goals. Today the training report and players graphs shows me that only the 3 players played as ATT received striker training, and all the other 15 players played as MID did not. Why?

Only the players with ATT order receive real striker training.
The ones with MID order receive about 40% striker training.
But your post tells me that you know about this effectiveness., so why do you ask?

It doesn't matter what order you choose for striker training, it will always apply 100% training to players who played as ATT and about 50% training to players who played as MID. You could actually train 9 players fully with ATT order and the other 6 (or more) players partially with MID order at the same time.
Not 100% but about 85/90% ( friendly even lower).
Not 50% but around 40%.
Or they have to play more than 1 match a week.
Did follow this for years.

depends on your definition
50% of match training for MIDs is correct
40% of maximum weekly training is also correct

Yeah, I only meant multiplier from that training-order part, of course there is another multiplier based on minutes/matches played. :)
When you write:
Only the players with ATT order receive real striker training.
The ones with MID order receive about 40% striker training.
it suggests that MIDs get 40% of what ATTs get, but it's 50% when both played in the same matches :)

So to understand better, doesn't matter if I set striker training for the MID position, because only ATT position receives the training and the MID only like a general training? And if it is like that, why do i have the option to select any position for striker training if only ATT position will receive training for that week?

Yes, it doesn't matter.

No. Whatever order you choose the training will always be the same: full training for ATT, half of that training for MID (which is much better than general training, general training would only be about 10%)
And if it is like that, why do i have the option to select any position for striker training if only ATT position will receive training for that week?
For no reason, the same way you can choose the order when you train stamina or pace and it doesn't matter. :)

Ok, now i understand! I really thought that you can train striker specifically for the position you choose, but depending on what position you choose: "Strikers (ATT position) train most effectively, a bit slower the midfielders (MID) and to a little extent, defenders (DEF) and goalkeepers (GK)."(from Training RulesThank) :) Thank you for your time and explanations! :D

Lol how do you explain this guy's 0 minutes and 0 efficiency on this weeks training, the guy played in both Friday and Sunday game, please explain me this ... Philip Sᴄholes [36397100]
He's in DEF formation group, but played as MID... no other explanation.
I have a screenshot of my player's training and i would really want to know why he got striker training for a single match played yesterday as MID, posintion where i train tech?
Because be default he got ATT position assigned in Training settings, and you didn't change it to MID.

I see, I checked and it is true i didn't change it to MID, thank you! So now he has a striker formation training for a match played as MID, isn't that confusing? Will there be any differentiation in the future for the way the direct training is displayed compared to the one in the formation? Allready is hard to track players training progress, even if a have Plus and i can see the graphs
