Subject: [idea] Extra advanced training slots

I'm pretty much over with ideas but this one is simple.

So the idea is to have more training slots if all 4 formations are training the same skill. It will make us choose between flexibility and efficiency. It would also help weaker teams to catch up by training more players with a cheaper main coach.

How would devs implement this, it's up to them, maybe only for pace, 15 slots only for pace training if all positions are training pace, or 12 slots for any skill if all formations train the same skill (some skills won't make sense, but maybe they can change that as well). I am proposing this mainly because of pace, I think it was good for the game that you could train more players with pace.

the devs said that they want to keep pace training slower even with 10 slots because there are too many fast players in sokker. Even if that might be true for NT matches (imho it's not), for newby matches the dev's decision is wrong and unlucky I guess, and the main task in future will be that newbies stay here.

Old teams lose that pace training efficiency, but they get flexibility. New teams get nothing, they can't have 7x16 main coach like I do. New system is a big downgrade for newbies.

A lot of juniors are ridiculously slow, giving weak teams a chance to work on that was a good thing. New pace training limits will only result in slower low quality players, and since weak teams tend to buy one expensive star, those fast stars in a sea of slow players will break the game. Lower leagues will be all about one star, forget about tactics.

Actually this is not a bad idea.
Of course farm teams will have advantage, vut how can you avoid it.
I would like to discuss it more if this idea would be on the table, but i think it will lay down in the library:))
