Alienomo to All
Hi friends!
I don't know if this topic has already been discussed, but I would like if, when you put one of your players on the Transfer List, you could decide on what deadline: on what day (be it the same day or in a year's time) and at what time.
In my opinion this would be convenient and useful, given the commitments in Real Life which, some more and some less, distract us from the game and don't allow us to be present when and how we want.
What do you think about it?
:-)

That is a good idea, but it should be limited in some way

E.g. min 1d, default 2d, max 5d?
Min 1d would be good for selling freshlly pulled juniors so they could play in Friday friendly match.

For me this sound like a good plus feature. That user would be able to schedule a transfer and system will post it at specified hour. Users from non popular timezones (looking at You Australia) will be able to sell players with good price without a need to do an all-nighter

Yep it will be useful.

I agree with the concept (maybe needs a bit of refinement as to exactly how it might work). Don’t agree to push it behind a plus feature and then advertise that as a way for resolving the disadvantages. You wouldn’t get many people from Australia buying plus just to fix an existing disadvantage by having them have to pay to have that disadvantage (which shouldn’t exist anyway) fixed or masked.

It shouldnt be plus feature, I would be strongly against introducing this feature only for plus users.

why?
Plus should make users life easier without making advantage in gameplay. This feature looks like it. You can get up at night and put your player on TL or you can buy plus and sleep well (for Australia ant Americas users). I would agree this could be a plus feature.
But I think only automatic put on TL would be enough, it shouldn't be allowed to choose 1 or 5 days and etc. But it is my opinion

The point is that the feature is a solution to two medium problems:
1. Fresh juniors are put on TL on Thursday, sold on Saturday and hence missing Friday match in his new team which is the only training match for them which make sense
2. Transfers initiated on the opposite side of the globe are problematic

And it wouldn't be good that one would have to pay for the solution of both problems especially that problem 2 is only because you happen to live in Australia etc. These problems should be solved by built-in solution.

I don't think it should be for Plus users only.

We already have P2W element introduced called You can only watch other player matches if You have Plus. Why not introduce additional QoL feature and hide it behind paywall?
2022-08-08 16:43:55
I also agree feature should be for all
2022-08-09 05:48:41
I agree entirely with you and that was the point I was also trying to make. If you want to have the ability to list a player at a set time then that must be done as part of the base game. This also doesn’t do anything about buying players though which is just as much a problem as selling.

Because that’s a two tier system. In Europe it’s optional to get the QoL improvement or not (you can get away without it). For those in Aus and NZ it’s mandatory. It’s also a problem with the current setup and you don’t fix problems by pushing behind a paywall. If everyone had equal access to the market then this kind of thing could possibly be considered as a plus option but it’s not equal in its current state.
If you can’t see how that is silly then it’s like saying we will provide disabled/elderly parking spots to make it easier to access essentials but we’re going to charge you more for that then those who don’t need them.
