What if we could see the skills with decimals? Now that training is so slow for high skills, It will be great to see "[16.54]" instead "[16]". Maybe some progress bar...
Good idea, i would agree this to be plus feature. Would be a good motive to buy it:))

For me a huge part of the fun in this game is being surprised by a sudden pop of skill from general training or wondering whether player will pop this or next week
Also I believe that keeping track of players progress and how close he is to pop (in context of when to sell and what to train) is quite important and often overlooked by people

I'd love it! Maybe they should change skills numbering... Doesn't make any sense two players with a skill in the "same level" when one is .05 and the other .92, with 10~whatever trainings more. I think it will be great if devs change skills to 0~30 range for example, It'll eliminate players similarity, at least for a visualization purpose.

Progress bar would be great! It'll made a huge impact for players with lot of extra trainings, since we need to compare players value (or salary) to others when we have no info about trainings.
I forgot an important point... Everybody likes to see a screen full of green on thursdays, right? There's no much green for those with older trainees, so a new scale for skills will made players different and training funnier for lot of people, with no impact in ME. 0~20 or 1~20 would be nice, changing only the last four skills 15~18, for example.
