Subject: Training slowed for "older" players?
I was surprised today with morning training.
Please Help me to understand, because now I really believe that training is slowed for "older" players (23yo is old???).
The player:
Márk Brecska, age: 23
club: Party Time Chieftains, country: Magyarország
value : 14 560 000 lei
wage: 144 400 lei
formidable [11] form
incredible [13] tactical discipline
height: 184 cm, weight: 80.6 kg, BMI: 23.81
formidable [11] stamina hopeless [1] keeper
brilliant [14] pace good [7] defender
brilliant [14] technique outstanding [12] playmaker
incredible [13] passing weak [4] striker
Possible my best talent in team:
4+11g to [14] Tech
4+18g to [14] Pace

PM:
from 8 to 9: 3
from 9 to 10: 3+3g
from 10 to 11: 2+8g
from 11 to 12: 3+6g
from 12 to 13: NO POP in 5+2g ?
Main coach 16 in passing + 3x Magical general level assistants.
How the F**k is possible that he didn't popped in PM after 5+2g?
Also for a player 26 yo 8 trainings in PM aren't enough to pop from 13 to 14?????
Talented player as well.
Your thoughs, maybe i'm wrong somewhere?

There are some theories about training and it being slowed down a lot. One of them is that devs did not removed penalty for switching positions (like it was before reform). So my question is did You used this player on one position or were You swapping those?
the "new" training were slowed down in general, regardless of age or skill level
Well, he played just ONCE as DEF in friday (i though i will give him pace), BUT i changed my mind and played him as MID in Wednesday.
So, he played as MID all his games and training was not changed, it was always PM... Also i used him a lot like substitue to rise the Eff of training.
Now i have paranoia maybe the minutes aren't sum up and are just taed into account from the LAST match? (example: Sunday MID 90 minutes, Wednesday MID 30 minutes. Summ is 120, but in training they're just like last match = 30 minutes)...

from 11 to 12: 3+6g
I see 3+9g (3 general, then 3 normal, then another 6 general).
Multiple factors why he needs more for [13] than for [12]:
- He is year older with his training to [13] compared to [12] - it means about 9.5% more training points needed / being each year older
- For one skill higher than previous one you need 9.5% more training points as well
- Training got slowed down, I've seen other cases that suggest at least 10-15% slow down in training
Assuming 15% slowdown:
1.095 * 1.095 * 1.15 = ~37.8% more training points needed than for previous level
3+9g = 390 training points, so for [13] he needs 390 * 1.378 =~ 537 training points, he got 520 so far.
Of course these are all rough calculations, I would need to check what games he played for each training to make it more precise, but it's too much work to do :P
But it's another confirmation that training is slowed down heavily, thanks.

Maybe it will help:
Also this one, normally should pop in PM too, but thx "new" system? Or miss-counting the sum of minutes from both matches in week?

It would help if these screenshots were higher resolution ;)

I think Mikoos explaination is enough (from 10:32:04)
and there is only one missing information left:
According to my data, all players missed half of the individual training on week 05, when the training reform was introduced.

I think there have always been strange ups with longer duration than expected, and now they only get more attention
a single case won't prove anything for me, we need general data about that
One of them is that devs did not removed penalty for switching positions (like it was before reform).
That's why I don't switch for players in advanced training, I mistrust the devs after all that happened in the past

that's also a credible explanation for all ups that needed more time directly after the reform

So it was 3+10g for [12] playmaker, it would change my calculations slightly.
Anyway: Sokker Asistente agrees with me, as it calculated his "max possible talent" as 3.17, and "min possible talent" as 3.69 - it means that his "talent" before the training reform is ~15% better than his "talent" after the training reform (meaning that training is slowed down).

This looks like my paranoia, about summ of the minutes played in one week.
The qustion is: Shell i continue to maximize the Eff of training by making substitutions (this week is a frinedly only so the wish to do it is huge), or just play all players for 90 minutes in one game?

It wouldn't matter much for Brecska, he only got general training in playmaker in that week, so it would be at most few training points.
And when I asked Raul to check some specific cases on players who popped in the morning with old training, but got his lower skill restored in new training with the same trained skill, he said that everything is fine, the most precise thing he said was that for some player it was a difference between being 14.01 (with old training) and 13.99 (with new training), so it doesn't seem like it was just 50% training, the difference would be much bigger.

So training is slowed down with 15% in addition that we have 13 weeks to train per season instead of 16 weeks.
This generation of players is DEAD :(
I wonder, will they (devs) change their mind or we will really miss World class players in future?
Coz u know, looking at TOP team games i see a nice games in general, smooth passes from defs, nice decisions frim MIDs and so on... looking at my games, where my players are like good in main skills (16-17) but kinda average in sideskills they play stupid like Treas most of the time...
And the real question is are we looking for NICE games? Or we just want stupid mistakes and "joke" goals?
