If the team average form is the key, then selling good form players kan affect the bad form players positively, maybe?
My point was, that you‘re not unlucky seeing how high the average form in your team is…
How form changes is random, always was in sokker (context: this isn‘t the first team I created on sokker).
Complaining about overall negative form updates with that high of a average form makes you look like a crybaby.

From a statistical POV, it does.
There‘s only so much improvement possibke when most of your players have high form.

Umish was not complaining about overall negative form, but about long term negative form with the same players. It's completely different.
Having a general lower form can happen, but in general the average form will float around the median form. And that will probably create the issue of long term high vs long term low form. Because both extreme form levels maintain the balance of the average form level of your team.
So...if a really good player is parking in low form, then the best thing to do is to find his counterform player, parked in long term high form and then try to either let his form drop by not selecting him for matches, or by selling him.
Anyways, this is for sure a theory I'm about to test if I ever have this issue again...
Possible side effect by influencing the good form player is that not the bad form player will rise in form, but another player...
Well...nothing to do about that, I guess

He can‘t really complain about that. He has only one player with low form (form 5)…
Also not true, he was complaining about the form update he got.
It‘s been the same issue, aside from the engine, that players complain about. Good to see that this still didn‘t change in the 14 years I was away from sokker.

After such a short time at Sokker, it is impossible to make a judgment at this point. It is impossible to assess what has changed overall in the last 14 years—including the engine. First, gather your own experiences over the next four SOKKER seasons, and only then, in my opinion, will you be able to make a reasonably accurate assessment—not after just a few days at SOKKER since you returned 14 years ago!

Maybe others can see me like a crybaby but, It's okey I understand that, I just want to write my point... I don't talk from my average form, I suggest and speak from the idea to give a logic to that important aspect game.
Example: if you have a good performance to management of players time, you shouldn't have a alike average form to others players that do a bad job with that.
And for this aspect game, it shouldn't difficult change the current logic.
But you right in fact that some process of the game are random and in my opinion unfair. I hope that my opinion add ideas to get game better.

I think it's great that you're taking a stand on this issue that's important to you. In my opinion, it has absolutely nothing to do with whining.
Thank you very much for your suggestions! Keep being so refreshingly honest and open to everything!!!

No need for that, as I was referring to the complaining on those subjects…
The "Reality Check" Manifesto
Hello, my dear paranoid managers and friends,
Several seasons have now passed since the training reform and the transition from 16-week to 13-week seasons. By now, the "old guard" is gone; none of the current National Team (NT) players have ever experienced a full, glorious 16-week training cycle in their entire careers.
So, how have these brilliant changes applied to reality?
I decided to perform a long-overdue reality check. I compared NT-level data and figures between Season 76 (now) and Season 62—back when the world was simpler and almost all NT players enjoyed 16 weeks of training during their early developmental years.
Tadaaaaaaa! Ladies and gentlemen, behold the results:
I won’t insult your intelligence by offering a step-by-step explanation; I’ll leave that to the self-proclaimed experts of "common sense." Use whatever is left of your brains to reach your own conclusions. Once you’ve managed that intellectual marathon, feel free to decide for yourselves whether we desperately need an 11th or 12th training slot to save our precious pixels.
And for God’s sake, never forget the golden rule of this forum: always bow down to those preaching from their throne of "subjective objectivity." Nod, agree with every absurdity they utter, and make sure to tell them they’re absolutely right—heaven forbid we hurt their delicate feelings with actual facts and logic.
PS: And just to clear the air for the conspiracy theorists—no, my name is not on the Epstein lists, and I have never set foot on that godforsaken island. Why would I? We have real islands in Greece, where you don’t need to be a billionaire predator or drug girls just to enjoy their company—or to satisfy any cannibalistic urges. On our islands, the only things getting "eaten" are world-class local delicacies. The food is legendary, the wine is actually divine, and the girls are naturally drawn to the raw, healthy Mediterranean vibes and the Aegean sun, rather than some creep's private jet.

A step by step explanation would have been preferable to a rant, seeing as your images are blocked in the UK.
the PS XD...
So we can conclude that the change has been benefit?
I remember that was the idea staff, less players with 16-18 values attributes but more 13-15 values attributes. Well, I can change 16 value for the second group.

Average value comparison during qualifiers doesn't necessarily make sense because NTs use different teams. For example Poland decreased in value and dropped to 4th because we use like C-D level players in NT in most qualifying games now.
I can tell you by comparing current Polish NT players with previous generation of Polish NT players that the quality of TOP players dropped down. Not even one 5x 17 Polish player in the game and there won't be one in the upcoming seasons. Current generation of midfielders is worse than the previous one, the next generation will be even worse.
The value raise can be explained by the fact that it's very possible that the overall quality (sideskills) of defenders or average/medium level players improved due to 2x better general training, which was expected. Worse TOP stars, more good players.
I think that many NTs improved from ~76 max rating to 78-80, which would also suggest that's what happened, especially with rating highly impacted by secondaries (playmaker particularly).
feel free to decide for yourselves whether we desperately need an 11th or 12th training slot to save our precious pixels
what does it have to do with training best ~20 players in a country xD that can be done by 2 teams and NTs still play 1 game/week, not 4 games/week like clubs.
this argument is completely invalid, the slots are needed for clubs to train average players for the bench / rotation, not for NTs
