Stevie to All
I think now enough is enough

Something NEEDS to be done , the prices have become absolutely embarrassing and it's massively ruining the game.
2022-10-28 17:36:03
Well prices are high for everyone. Both if you want to sell and buy. We all have to adapt.
2022-10-28 17:39:10
I agree , adapting is needed mate

But it's utterly stupid now, bang average players are going for silly prices

17 years playing and I've never seen such a mess

There are more and more money every week. It won't normalize by itself. It will be more and more expensive.

Main source of "new" money in game are home league games - tickets.
But think how its easy to build huge stadium. That's the problem. For 10 miliona € you can build pretty big arena. It is extremly too cheap.

I honestly don't understand why people consider this a general problem

it is a problem for game owners, but users? I don't think so

The game has lots of fixed prices - player salaries, coach salaries, stadium improvements, youth school costs etc.
These changes don't change with the inflation, so the more money on the market - the cheaper the fixed costs. You can improve the stadium, youth school, coaches etc. by paying much less than before.

As someone mentioned, even if the prices for buying players are higher - so are the prices for selling, so it evens out for everybody...unless someone doesn't make any profit by improving players, but that is his fault :-)

That is not the only case. I have a rule not to buy non-ex-junior players for more than ~20m zł or not to buy players to train for more than ~10m zł so it affects me greatly (It's hard to buy well-enough U-31 ATT for 2-3 Polish league with 20m zł).

but it affects me for a long time so I get used to it and this is problem for me just because of my stupid rules, so kind of my fault, but I need these rules to make this game playable for myself

However, I would say that buying trainees is still relatively easy (I did it only once recently because I do it rarely, but did it without a problem)
far harder is to buy mature, established older players with skills equal to skills of such players bought 2 years ago

Shouldn't inflation also change your rules?
For example if players are now 15-20% more expensite, than you modify your rule to 25 mln zł? ;-)

Account balance for new users is also fixed. That means each month every new user has less money. It is not fair.

Inflation is the problem in long term. Economy of this game was pretty good balanced since league reform 2,5 seasons ago. We are witnessing huge inflation after just 2 season, but costs are fixed. Imagin how TL will looks like after another 5, 10 seasons. How much more difficult it is going to be for new user with just 250 000 €?
2022-10-28 19:07:19
maybe it will, in older times the limit was 15m zł, but I am holding up so far
2022-10-28 19:17:08
All fair points mate :)

But I personally don't find I'm making more money from my stadium. Maybe I'm doing something wrong tho

I might try and change prices , but from lost of past experience I find I get much smaller crowds

you're playing 1 home league game every week now instead of playing 1 every 2 weeks, so you have to be making more money from stadium during the season:)

as for the prices it's very dependant on weather and quality of opponent so you always have to adjust prices to opponent...last home game you had a 49 999 / 50 000, so definitely could've gotten more than you did
2022-10-28 19:28:02
I'm not even sure I've ever hit the 50k hahaha

Something I'll watch going forward

However

Boo to the transfers still :)

Yep.

There should be an option for managers to spend money on for example better supportersmood.
improve stadium options like a better sound system, lighting, foodstands, supporters home. And these can be even 5 levels to improve, or 10. And ofcourse, it does extra money each week after leveling up. So more money leaving the game.

Or also, and maybe even better, money that can be spend on an option to improve one player's form. To improve 5 players, 5 times the amount of money needs to be spend. Something that will cost money, quite a bit of money, for example hire a personal trainer or psychiatrist. That money does leave the game.

great idea

give users the possibility to invest in supporters mood, so that they can earn even more money from tickets

that will solve the "too much money on the market" problem :-P

same thing or even worse...you will invest money once, but then after some time you will get to "zero" with the investment due to higher income and then you will start getting more net money thus there will be even more regular cash influx to the system than there is now
