Subject: Auto-Bidding System in Sokker

The core of this game is trading and training. Adding slots won't help.

The core of this game is the ME.
Trading and training are just proper reasons to keep playing the game.
But anyone can play this game on his or her own fitting.
It's a strategy game that turned to be an RPG game for the majority :-))

Personally, for me, the strategy is to develop players yourself in order to achieve results. From here follows the logical conclusion - more slots for training, because a team is not made up of just 10 players. We shift to real football, where even top teams have started to rely on their talents from youth academies, which turns out to be a good initiative.
Creating greater competition in this game can only be done this way; otherwise, the strong teams will remain the same. The way the game is currently functioning makes the development of new users almost impossible or it takes years, which leads to most of them quitting.

nope

training slot limit is the only thing limiting strong / rich teams

if you give me 30 slots to train I will be able to buy and train 30 top young players - and so will other XXX teams

that will lead to inflation of young player prices and in turn that will push out smaller / poorer teams from the market, they will have to buy worse players

to show that clearly

let's say there are 1000 teams in the game now with 10 training slots and 200 teams are the "rich/strong" ones

those 200 teams take off the market 200x10 = 2000 best players, so the rest 800 teams can start buying at player #2001

if you change trainings slots to 20, then suddenly those 200 teams take off the market top 4000 players, so the rest 800 teams can start buying from player #4001 - so they will get obviously much worse players

it's an oversimplification of course but I think it shows clearly the issue. training limit HELPS small/poor/new teams. bigger, richer teams will always buy better players and train them better than small/poor/new teams.

1. If you have more training slots, why sell?
2. The number of transfers per season can be limited, so players cannot end up in the strongest clubs.
3. The available funds will be invested in quality coaches, which will raise the level of the clubs. No matter what anyone writes, the most important thing here is to have quality coaches - everything else is... how many top talents have been ruined because of...
It could easily be subject to a survey, I can guarantee one thing :) in our small community, we all agree that top talent is not for sale, and if a sale is necessary, it is purchased by a user from the community regardless of the price. We value our talents and want to develop them properly.

1. If you have more training slots, why sell?

and why people sell now their top youths, which are usually their best players in terms of worth/prospect? because they want money, don't know how to train properly, don't understand the game or just want to invest in first team

most best players are sold after youth school

2. The number of transfers per season can be limited, so players cannot end up in the strongest clubs.

so you want more training slots and then you want to limit transfers so people can't buy players to fill those slots...? whatever idea you imagine either it won't be good for the game or it won't work

3. The available funds will be invested in quality coaches, which will raise the level of the clubs. No matter what anyone writes, the most important thing here is to have quality coaches - everything else is... how many top talents have been ruined because of...

it's not, top talented players with highest sumskill are more important

and if people don't invest money in coaches now, they won't invest in future, they will keep on spending the money on first team players / transfers

you raise level of clubs with good training, many people have no idea how to do that or don't care fot it and that won't change

It could easily be subject to a survey, I can guarantee one thing :) in our small community, we all agree that top talent is not for sale, and if a sale is necessary, it is purchased by a user from the community regardless of the price. We value our talents and want to develop them properly.

and now we come to a conclusion: you're asking for something that will benefit your idea of the game, which is creating players for your NT because you only train Bulgarian players and you don't care how that propose change will affect other users who don't play just to train players for their NT

You wrote yourself that the foundation of the game is training and in the next moment I feel that you do not wish to do it :)
You say that most do not train... I will answer you why -
1. they have no idea how to do it right
2. they have no idea how to pick the right players
3. it's easier to be bought. I simply wrote my opinion on how "maybe" the game could become more interesting and dynamic.
The changes being made in it are somewhat good, but they also have their downsides:
1. The acceleration of the seasons should have been synchronized with a reduction in injuries.
2. The youth schools should also have been corrected; at the moment, you pull a magical youth at 21 and you can directly dismiss him - he will never become a top player because most players trained properly are well above his level.
But clearly here it's just a place that is merely for some emotional outbursts, not for constructive conversations.
Good luck to everyone and have fun, however you find it enjoyable.

Why would you feel that? Training is all that I'm doing here in last ~ten years.

allowing people not training to not train more players (with more slots) changes nothing, they will still sell their youths just like now

and if less people would stop selling then it would also lead to inflation in youth players, so not good as well for small/new clubs

I agree that injuries are a nuisance and that youth school is totally messed up, but these are different topics. And I don't see how it was not a "constructive conversation" from my part.

I apologize, I didn't say that the conversation wasn't constructive :) I just clearly see things a little differently (I'm a girl).
I hope very much that the people who read these posts will think about them and more people will start – for example, to train – I go crazy when I see a team with at least 10 seasons and without a youth school. I see that you, for example, are trying to get to know the opinions of users. I also see the positive things that are being done in terms of development, but doing just one thing that is not synchronized with other related things is a bit frustrating, at least for the people who understand training (which is really something that needs to be learned – what, how, and why) and want to be able to build a team on their own, without having to compete with others in the market. I'm not saying there's no logic in your thinking; I suggest finding a compromise that will help everyone have fun, which should be the case with every game.
I sincerely say thank you, and not only on my behalf, for the communication with any user.

because the youth school system blows chunks.

Because of training such players, it is worth it no matter how rare they appear.

But why should they be sold?
I will try to explain that this is also a huge mistake - selling young players and replacing them with those over 30 years old, and it also results in financial loss. Anyone good with math can figure it out for themselves, taking into consideration how many seasons each player will be useful. I wrote it in summary :) just like the game's policy - there are things that everyone has to discover for themselves.
2025-09-25 21:18:37
I didn't sold last 3. ;)
And those 10M players mentioned above- if don't have adequate training spot in my team I sell, because have better chances to be trained properly in another team. It is in best interest of U21/NT.
2025-09-25 21:39:42
Having to make those choices - which to keep and which to sell - is an important part of the managerial aspect of the game, I think. If it were too easy, like having an abundance of training spots, it wouldn't be as challenging and therefore not as much fun.
2025-09-25 22:32:08
that's 10 million more than I've made in 6 months longer than that.

If I had made even 3 million over the 5+ seasons, I'd have kept it going. But nah. 24k. One player I kept who, at pull wasn't worth much. Even now, probably still isn't.

The question is about what goals you have set for yourself and over what period of time you want to achieve them - developing a team is a difficult task. The most important aspect are the coaches in this game, and they are an expensive pleasure.
To say that you sell them to allow them to develop better for under-21 is :))) young players are easier to train for the simple reason that they are trained on fewer skills (the so-called basics).
