Subject: [IDEA] New idea for regrowing small nations
Your idea have a good object. But a lot of (but necessary) security rules (to become automatic), i think.
It could be simplier (as it already exists for a first registration):
Asking the admin linked to this "small country" to accept this transfer to an other country
Admin will manually study this request (with some simply rules you already edict)
He will accept (or no) for the beginning of the new season,
then the coach come in, with his already existing team(s) [junior too !!!]
It were a test for two or three seasons after that it will be fixed by the admin, or not.
There is a problem about juniors school.
Junior which are from the school ... Which nationality will have they?
It were better if new juniors incoming school have the host country nationality, about help you wait for this "small sokker's nations".

But i didn't understand it were with a second team !
I think it's better with your principal team which is transfered from a country to another one.

This proposal would assume that quite a few teams from “big nations” would want to join “small nations”.
Who would join a small nation ( less 20 users) with so fewer challenges to face, and why ?
On top of that with the restrictions imposed (being "plus", not top team ...) ?
The idea that emerges is to have a second team.
Why? small, deserted nations suffer (more than big) from the reality of the game: fewer and fewer players.
It is therefore pointless to hope for a massive influx of new players. Small nations are doomed.
Anyway. “Second team” deserves a separate topic.

I’d wager there’s enough players in big countries that would want their second team to be in a different sort of situation to make a difference to some small leagues. Likely the ones that punch above their weight internationally. They stand a better chance to play in top league and win things, develop international players etc
It also may stop managers in small countries giving up if they get to have a team in a big country as well.
Small countries are so small it wouldn’t need too many to join to make a difference
Second teams is also the only genuine way that the developers can realistically hope to increase their revenue - it should be top of their list

I bet not. But it wouldn't hurt to try anyway. I'm not against this proposal.
The applikation for country transfer must be done only by plus users
I vote no only for this,it have to be for everyone

National teams like O‘zbekiston doesn't have any sense to exit if you don't change something, I mean they have very weak players because they don't have any manager..wtf ???
Ozbekistan u21 is used for testing purposes so it has far more sense and is far more useful than any other NT team, u21 or senior
I had been thinking more about this and another option would be.
All teams in the game can select 'would like to change nation'
They don't get a choice where they may get moved to.
Every country receives 1 'transferred team' per season, based on the countries average fanclub size of the top league and average funds of all non-bot teams in the country.
Of the teams which selected that they want to move, the teams which most closely match the average fanclub size and average finances, get moved to the country they most ideally fit in
By doing it this way, teams that would move will be of similar level to those already playing. It would prevent transferring teams from moving to a small nation and just dominating.
It would also give the potential for teams from very small nations, the chance to move to a more competitive country.
By limiting to just 1 per season, it would also not dominate local leagues with overseas teams.
As an added, there should also be the option for teams to 'return' to their country of origin, which is not included in the 1 team move per season.
I still think there are better ideas for small nations out there, but this could be implemented in the way listed above, without killing the local league being moved into

For any of this to work you’d need to address the inbalance of the transfer market due to time zones or put restrictions on what country you can join due to your current time zone (at which point there are more elegant solutions).
That's why I mentioned it not being the best solution out there. Unfortunately I think we need to think of the access to transfer market as a separate detail to the issues with country size. Whilst they do play a role for sure, and it could create imbalances, it would be limited by the very few people who could move countries, and the fact most people play the game how it was meant, with focus being on a consistently strong team, not a "buy and sell" trading game. Putting out new ideas really is just about making other peoples minds tick to think of other potential solutions.
Anyway, the most succint, simple, and equitable answer so far is a merged league for all, with separate national cup and national players, then some sort of limited bidding agent for access to TM.
I guess another option for TM access would be players being assigned random sale times within a 24hr period, and you can't "remove from TL" once they are on there. That would certainly make it more fair

Smaller countries will never be equal to bigger ones within the current league system and structure and there's nothing to be done unless more smaller nations players will sign up. The solution is something similar to international Cup style of play. Like International league how to do it no clue I would gladly leave it to other brains
