6. change the skill cap which is now at excellent. This would create more valuable players exiting at 19/20y and stop wasting skillpoints od unearthly/divine juniors to useless skill, such as GK and stamina

And you should have more respect for other people's opinions!
If the idea is terrible then I will write that it's terrible, that's not a lack of respect. I respected this opinion by explaining why it's a terrible idea.
Many of us belive youth team needs a change: that's why we need new ideas to work on. You limit yourself to write a lot of "if" without offering constructive suggestions.
In March 2024 Raul personally asked me how I would balance the youth school. I wrote to him all the ideas I had back then (similar to what I've written here... and more). Then after Raul went silent I also talked with Geston about youth schools... unfortunately Geston's influence over the decision-making is limited.
I did as much as I could in this area to make it better. And in some other areas. Unfortunately talking to the owners is like talking to the wall.
Maybe you like the game in this way, but it doesn't make you the only one able to use his mind.
I don't like the game now. It's disheartening how the owners treat this game. And how horribly they use their available funds, wasting money on changes that make the game worse.

Additionally (to Mikoo), i would say : Making skills distribution equilibrate, no matter "logical" position.
So fewer specialized players, to reduce top stars; but many more opportunities to train former juniors currently broken by few very low skills.
At best, it would be perfect to add a talent DNA for each skills : this will break the predictive training linear progression, and farming strategies.
Finally, It's already been said: there are no more developers to do the job, so...

Sure.
But that’s not the worst.
Statistically, you may not touch any single decent junior for several seasons in a row. Not even half of a top star. If It’s happen statistically, the reverse (many good juniors in a row) also happen.
It’s a too much unfair lottery : you are lucky ? enjoy; you r unlucky? just get bored during months or even years, you can’t do nothing.
But that’s not the worst.

For me, things happen in 3 seasons, but I try every 16th and 17th from the youth academy; in principle, almost everyone has spent a short period in the academy.
Me 5 seasons. But If you are very unlucky you can cumulate a much longer period without anything, and the reserve, cumulate good juniors each seasons for a long period...
