Subject: [Change] Injuries in National Team
I hope that injuries for your senior NT players also help you with winning trophies :P
There are so few official international games that the additional training simply is not enough to make it worth it, the risk of injuries is every game and the training not even close to that. I think it also will stop people hiding player skills.
No injuries, no training.
As an NT coach of relatively small country I would have all players available for all matches, rather that had to debate with club coaches, when I may use top tier player to limit injuries chances.
It would also be the other way, as I currently have most of my u21 players skills hidden (big shoutout to Italian coach who use my player). Risk of injuries is way too high and it bring me no value at all, coz I already give players 100% advanced training.

Exactly the way I see it.
u21 training is an advantage only for 21yo players because younger ones don't play in u21 NT... assuming that it's the qualifying season, otherwise the 21yo players can get 0 games with training (if their NT didn't qualify) or usually 1-3 games in group stage... assuming the player is in form to play, otherwise he won't get any training anyway...
as for main NT - I don't think there are ANY players that get training advantage from NT games, while all of them get injury risk

no ones benefits from NT training... and no injuries will not make any big NT stronger... so it is clearly +1 for No injuries/ No training.
I'll say it here also.
Split injuries and give NT their own injury system, like with cards.
Because of the extra club match, the training can be cancelled completely for NT's and U21.
But having arcde matches for NT's is just lame imo. Injuries will make the managing aspect more challenging, but if they're separate, they will not interfere with clubs and vice versa

Btw. it's funny that I see one person who writes that he wants injuries/training in NT
and yet when I asked this person about the skills of his player for NT, he responded:
"I don't want XXX playing for XXX!
I don't want him to get injured
I need him for my team uninjured,
because he's my most important striker!"
so yeah... seems like when things concern his player then the training/injuries in NT are not needed...

This hide and seek game is just stupid. They can get rid of it with the cancellation of the players, getting injured in the NT and then being unavailable for the club matches.
If people don't want NT coaches to see their player's skills, then they should simply not buy NT players or players from the country of the coach they will be playing against.
And even then, what do they think is the benefit of people seeing skills from 1 or 2 players of your team? Plus users have even more benefits, being able to see other teams matches and tactics. This type of ''benefit'' is just ridiculous in comparison to the match viewing benefit

What about a like arcade mode for NT matches:
- No injuries
- Already injuried can play what ever with NT (good for "little nations")
- No training during friendlies matches (as today)
But
- Keeping team Work and Xp
- Keeping yellow and red cards (only for NT matches) as today
- Keeping training during official matches but not if the player is already club's injuried
So manager will be happy their players are choosed for NT
And so hidding skills for NT coaches could be impossible (or not ...)

Sometimes I train U21 players with different order. And they play f.e. 2 games with DEF or ATT order to get 99% training and then this same player get injured in U21 match as MID, what is benefit from it?
As U21 Coach I had big problems when our only good U21 keeper was injured for finals!
For me is clear
no injury/no training this time.

Well the thing is that if you want to have a top team winning trophies, you must play for 80+ and to do that you must have top players. And top players play in NT. You can buy them at 16, train them for 100% in club for every season in your club, yet you have no say whether the players will or will not play in NT. All you can do is play hide&seek and try to negotiate with NT coaches.
So I actually understand the users who don't want their players in NT. These users play with their club, are not interested in NTs, created the players themselves by training. They don't want their players getting injured while playing against a 50-60 rating NT.

That would be nice, but that would be "too easy", they are too conservative to agree to that, even asking for "arcade NT games" is already an issue.
They won't agree for any version where you can get the training and not get injured, they have a simple rule for every match type: injuries = training / no injuries = no training.

just for information - do we talk about injuries from NT matches vanishing after the match, or also about using injured players in NT matches as if they were healthy?
I think this is also an important question. In hattrick even in matches without permanent injuries it's not possible to use injured players. If NT will be completely like arcade matches, it's taking a lot of random and luck from NTs - and I still think random is an important feature here...
