I don't know about injuries but I hope THIS TIME they don't forget that adding new matches impacts financial ecosystem :D

The question and answer were not clear. People thought they will get "extra training over 100%" when Raul meant same training as now. People thought they will get a lot of $$$ for injured player when Raul meant giving back a weekly wage of player. People thought they will get a big attendance bonus, when Raul meant a bonus that probably already exists. And so on.
The answer "promised" a lot to the imagination while it was supposed to give peanuts. And after 3 years it gave nothing.

The point of discussion is writing any replying. You've made many claims here, yet you can't defend them by arguments, but it's not my fault that your claims are weak or illogical.

I'm against quick fixes that do not fix real issue . Those quick fixes become permanent stupid solutions I do not have time to replay as you all the time if you do not understand this then is not my problem

b. big / rich / trading teams would take advantage of it and would be able to train up to 20 young players every week, which would allow them to make 2x more money every season and there already are teams making 25m euro every season
c. creating a demand for +10 top young players for every team (especially rich/big) would drive up the prices of youths to the roof, effectively destroying the market for small/poor/new teams who would be totally kicked out of market for any decent youth
This could be dealt with by lowering the max limit on the training efficiency for players in U21 team. Perhaps something like 90% from the league match and up to 94% for league + national team match. It would be fun to train more players but not so profitable to invest heavily into top young players. But even if the richest teams invested more into young players, the money would flow to weak teams as well as everyone has the same chance to pull good junior.
a. you need at least 11 players to play, yet you can train only 10 of them, makes no sense to buy 15-16 u21 players if only 10 get training, that would basically mean every big team would destroy 1-6 good u21 players every season

when I had a similar idea I thought that maybe it would make sense to connect it with youth league... so you can have MAX 10 u21 players in your team + use your youth league players (preferably with skills shown) where you need them (so for example youth GK + 10 outfield u21 players + bench from youths)
I had some idea on how to implement that with improving the youth school & how youth players improve but that would be rather complicated...

Real issue starts from academies useless and now you need more luck
Then short season with many injuries it's bulshit I had long squad I had 7 injuries at same time not first time so many NT players I build could be better
Removing injuries from NT will remove valuable gain of experience will eliminate chance for many users to have their player in NT cause always pretty much same players will play so this will kick interests to NT to be less did you think of that?

My vote IS injuries+training, but with some adjustments:
- Injuries should penalize the training much less. For example, count the minutes played durong the week before the injury for the training, injured players should also get benefit of the 50% of the advanced training.
- You must be able to invest money to speed up the recovery, for example, with a doctor or a medical team. Also, NTs should pay the doctor for players injured with the NT
That way NTs would remain realistic whereas the game experience wouldn't suffer so much.
If fact, there would be room for a slightly bigger amount of injuries, what would make necessary to increase the bench in Order to be competitive.
What's more, teams that play an official match with a much lower performance than what fans expect — and loses that match — should be highly penalized.
