Subject: [Change] Injuries in National Team
My vote IS injuries+training, but with some adjustments:
- Injuries should penalize the training much less. For example, count the minutes played durong the week before the injury for the training, injured players should also get benefit of the 50% of the advanced training.
- You must be able to invest money to speed up the recovery, for example, with a doctor or a medical team. Also, NTs should pay the doctor for players injured with the NT
That way NTs would remain realistic whereas the game experience wouldn't suffer so much.
If fact, there would be room for a slightly bigger amount of injuries, what would make necessary to increase the bench in Order to be competitive.
What's more, teams that play an official match with a much lower performance than what fans expect — and loses that match — should be highly penalized.

I don't think that is fair
big/rich teams will always speed up the recovery, while smaller teams won't be able to do that so easily
and for every bigger team it will be a non-brainer to invest into doctor / healing every time... it's the same with influencing form by paying money...

It's a double-edged sword, like every aspect in the game: if you pay more to doctors than the benefit they produce, you will get stronger on short term but weaker in the long run
The same as coaches. Should we get rip of them?

I do like your post and adjustments :)
Especially the medical team.
Especially the medical team.
I dont like the poll, it is not neutral.
With a neutral post it would be around 50%/50% I think.
I suggest to make a new neutral poll.

I like especially the 50% training for injured players - enough that you need to replace them in the next matches, no need for a double punishment. And there are better ways to prevent players from becoming too strong.
U21 needs training for the smaller countries.
NT is less important, it would be best to split them.
Maybe not complete realistic, but no injuries is even more unrealistic.
Poland will have the greatest benefit if the training in U21 will dissapear.
Absolutely not fair in my opinion, all other countries are important for this game also.
Of course nobody wants injuries, it is not neutral pointing on this in the poll as a nr. 1 thing.
What happened with the idea of extra percentage of training for younger players in a friendly ?
This should be introduced many seasons ago and would solve all problems for the smaller countries.
Stick to this plan and dont change everytime.

But with 4th match added into season, do You really will need 5th match (u21 nt) to get those 85%/96%?
You will play this match with your strongest team as you do in champions cup also.
So not usefull for the trainees.
So not usefull for the trainees.
So small country league - lets take Japan. You have 2-3 active users. Other than that You play against bots, where all You need is 2-3 decent seniors to win those matches.
85% from friendly match + 45 minutes in such league games is more than enough to get 96%.
Coach from such country would be able to get their best players in international cup, while training youngsters in league matches.
I dont see how u21 match would benefit such small country

You wrote those things already, I responded asking you WHY do you think that and didn't receive an answer.... so maybe this time you will respond to the questions
U21 needs training for the smaller countries.
1. what do you mean by "smaller" countries? 2 users? 10 users? 50 users?
2. why do "smaller countries" need training in u21 and big countries don't need the training...? very weird idea since most small NT players are trained in clubs from big countries and in bigger countries it's actually harder to train
3. how does the u21 NT "help" with training when 16-20yo players DON'T play in NT, so they must receive all their training from club...?
Poland will have the greatest benefit if the training in U21 will dissapear.
3. WHY Poland would have ANY benefit from it...? please explain because I see no reason for that and so far you just keep on writing it without any explanation
if anything, cancelling injuries for NT will help Poland THE LEAST from all teams because Poland has most top players (same with Romania etc.) and Poland is LEAST influenced by the injuries when they happen. I can have 5 midfielders injured and I will still be able to use a top level midfield with Poland.
if a country has 10 same level ATT and another small country has only 1 top level ATT - who will be hurt more when this ATT gets injured? Poland who will be able to use 9 more ATTs or the country that doesn't have any more top ATTs?

This is no nice communication of you in my opinion.
The last sentence is totally unnecesarry for example.
That is why a lot of People do react as they dont like you.
If I would act this way to my team at work everyday they would hate me and wont do anything for me.
I do even read my own frustration about it in my own posts. I am sorry for that to all.
A better way would be:
I do have some questions for you.
For example.

I already had the questions for you, I asked them, you ignored them and then you wrote again the same thing you wrote the first time.
Ignoring people's questions and then writing the same thing, again without any context or explanation, is also not a nice way to communicate.

There is so much hate in your posts, I dont understand.
Sometimes People do overlook something and that doesnt mean you have to act this way.
There are so many posts in this topic.
I will answer your questions later when I have the time, but hope to get nicer reactions on it.
