Subject: [Change] Injuries in National Team
There is so much hate in your posts, I dont understand.
Sometimes People do overlook something and that doesnt mean you have to act this way.
There are so many posts in this topic.
I will answer your questions later when I have the time, but hope to get nicer reactions on it.

There's no hate, I don't have any bad feelings, it's just a game, it would be wrong to get angry at people, let alone "hate" them
I just wanted to be direct so that this time I can receive answers, would be great if you could provide them

That is better, thanks.
As said I will come back to them later.

It’s always so funny to me how borkos keeps getting so much hate :D
I have no idea why, must be some cultural difference in how others interpret his posts.

how does the u21 NT "help" with training when 16-20yo players DON'T play in NT
in smaller countries they do, sometimes with 18, quite often with 19, at least their better players. Just because they have less good 21yo players, and maybe also to let their best players gain XP, perhaps a little advantage when they reach senior NT.
I used to train my young player from 17 years on with 90 min friendly and 25 min league match. If I manage to get U21 NT players - playing NT with 19, 20 years - I don't need the 25 min league match and it's an advantage for me, my league performance gets better. And that's still an aspect of interesting gameplay and an award for good training. Not very important, but still an argument I guess.
On the other side, if a small country let their younger players play U21 in early years, they reduce the probability that they get only 85% training by playing only friendlies. That's the advantage for small countries we talk about, imho.

I prefer there to be no injuries, but there are no training percentages, either in the NT or in the U21.
We coaches will find ourselves bombarded with SK-mails from other players just to get that player called up to the national team, to get as much training as possible so that he can be sold on the market as soon as that coach thinks he can make the most money because he has been called up to the national team.

I know that some get to play at age 18 etc. I'm sure my Zelaya will play at 19 in Salvador...
The thing is that usually such players - when at 18 being better than most 21 in a country - are top stars, owned by top training teams and already getting top 97-100% training every week without NT since 16/17...
Looking at my Zelaya - he already receives 99%, sometimes 100%. He doesn't need NT training. Yet soon he will start playing for u21 NT. He won't get ANY help from NT, but he will receive risk of injury every game.
It's like this in many cases of those younger players already in u21.
And another thing: if the 19/20yo plays, then he takes the spot and training from a 21yo player who won't get the NT training. It's just 11 training places / week for a country. You can get the training, you might not. Your player can play with MID when you have to train him with DEF or ATT in your team, so he won't get anything from the NT game except injury risk.
I honestly don't see the issue with u21 training. It's never guaranteed, it's for a very short time, you never know if you will get it, you can't adapt it with match order for your club training, you have to train the player on your own since 16 till 20-21 in most cases.
On the other hand the injury risk in every game is a much bigger problem.
If you play your player in friendly + 25min league, he will get 96.6% training. Another 90 in NT will give him an extra 2.6% training.
So you would need ~37 extra NT games to receive +1 extra training for player.
And if you get injured even for 1 week in those 37 NT games, you will already AT MAX come even with 0 change in training. 2 lost trainings due to injury makes the player already worse than he would be without playing in NT.

Please, stop manupulate people here.
Your player can get injury in the club game, evem NC one, so your calculations are nonsense.
Don't make Sokker Non-Combat game!

Sincerly, why only this one?
Always the respinse was, it is like in real football!
Why i lose to week opponent? Oh, look at the final Barca - Whatever from Scotland
Why i can;t score panlties? Oh, look at Bruno Fernandes this season in Premier League
Why my strikers can't score empy goal? Oh, look some yourtube video
Why my players get injuried for half of the season? Oh, really? Do you follow real Football mate?
So, really, what changed?

it's not manipulation, it's math
what is manipulation is you comparing injury in club to injury in NT
look at the number and tell me with straight face that it's the same xD
90min in friendly = +85% training
25min in league = +11.6% training
90min in NT = +2.6% training
in other words:
friendly gives 0.94% training for every minute
league gives 0.47% training for every minute
NT gives 0.028% training for every minute
injury risk = same
even higher injury risk in NT, because in club it's very often playing in safe corner tactics so very low or even zero chance of injury

I don't understand your point...
So you agree that in club player gets the training with lower chance of injury than in u21 NT... that's just another reason together with the minute/training ration/injury risk ratio factor why the training/injury is not needed in u21 NT because it's simply worse than in clubs...

I will repeat mb, but for NT ofc you're right, this training % are pointless.
But, for U-21 players, especially for small countries, like Moldova is, they are relevant, really.
Anyway, injuries suck and here I support with both hand Svik... Rate and term of injuries need to be shorted significantly!!! I stated this form the very begining when 2 league matches were introduced.
Still, don't see why only NT matches injuries should be changed???

show me how
I look at last official game of u21 Moldova
4 players younger than 21
Luca Coşcodan [39569899] - GK, plays 180 in league = doesn't need NT training, NT match can only hurt him
Colea Bolun [39692261] - gets 100% training in club, safe tactics, NT match can only hurt him
Dragomir Biriucov [39708013] - plays 90 in friendly, 90 in league, NT match can only hurt him
Mihail Calciu [39743643] - plays 90 in friendly, 90 in league, 90 in league, NT match can only hurt him
where do you see the "NT training" being relevant for them?
what is more Bolun plays with different order in NT than in club...
none of these players needed to play in u21 for training, none, only thing they received was a chance to get injured
