Subject: [Change] Injuries in National Team
But, for U-21 players, especially for small countries, like Moldova is, they are relevant, really.
show me how
I look at last official game of u21 Moldova
4 players younger than 21
Luca Coşcodan [39569899] - GK, plays 180 in league = doesn't need NT training, NT match can only hurt him
Colea Bolun [39692261] - gets 100% training in club, safe tactics, NT match can only hurt him
Dragomir Biriucov [39708013] - plays 90 in friendly, 90 in league, NT match can only hurt him
Mihail Calciu [39743643] - plays 90 in friendly, 90 in league, 90 in league, NT match can only hurt him
where do you see the "NT training" being relevant for them?
what is more Bolun plays with different order in NT than in club...
none of these players needed to play in u21 for training, none, only thing they received was a chance to get injured

It's not the friendly, I wrote: "last official game", not friendly
ok so you used the NT not to train players in your club... that's different

And! This why i would vote for U-21 training/injury also in friendly matches!!!

U21 the only benefit is that 11-15% you would get for playing 90 minutes in an official game over just friendly only.
NT there's no benefit at all. In fact it's a deterrent since managers don't need star players getting injured outside of league play.
If we need one size fits all (assumption here), then I fully support no training/no injuries. All things being equal, player age regardless, being healthy is better than being injured.

How many times do I need to say it?
Give NT / U21 their own injury system and separate injuries from NT with club injuries and everyone's happy.

+1 as it already exist for yellow and red cards.
And let's keep Xp for both :-)

So many opinions, but I hadn't time to read all.
Not easy question. But If someone have too much young players, didn't want to play them in the important league matches he can be happy they play in the U21 NT games with training xp. I write it as the club games not important for me, because my club is not important for me.
But the firendly games only 85% training.
So we need keep the injuries + training. Or remove it but the players get 96% training on friendly matches maybe?
Another way if somoene got an injury he need to come of on the match, thats true after the match he won't be injured, but need to come off from the field and need subs him.
Interesting question. But another way I vote for injury+training. But I will accept the final decision about this question.
Another way I would ask about the club International Cup. How many team participate in this. For example the first 3-4 teams from the first division or more?

from what I know every team will play in International Cup, but there will be many International Cups, not just one for everyone. So all people will play with opponents "on their level".

Answers To Borkos:
1. what do you mean by "smaller" countries? 2 users? 10 users? 50 users? max 50 users
2. why do "smaller countries" need training in u21 and big countries don't need the training...? very weird idea since most small NT players are trained in clubs from big countries and in bigger countries it's actually harder to train? Smaller countries have less players so they need more extra training to have a team that can compete with bigger countries. Bigger countries have a lot of players to choose for U21 and dont need that in my opninion.
3. how does the u21 NT "help" with training when 16-20yo players DON'T play in NT, so they must receive all their training from club...? I dont understand this question exactly
Poland will have the greatest benefit if the training in U21 will dissapear.
3. WHY Poland would have ANY benefit from it...? please explain because I see no reason for that and so far you just keep on writing it without any explanation. Poland has a benefit because they have a lot of players to choose for U21, so the extra training is less important.
if anything, cancelling injuries for NT will help Poland THE LEAST from all teams because Poland has most top players (same with Romania etc.) and Poland is LEAST influenced by the injuries when they happen. I can have 5 midfielders injured and I will still be able to use a top level midfield with Poland. I dont want to cancel injuries, extra training for U21 will compensate this
if a country has 10 same level ATT and another small country has only 1 top level ATT - who will be hurt more when this ATT gets injured? Poland who will be able to use 9 more ATTs or the country that doesn't have any more top ATTs? As said, I dont want to cancel injuries.

Also, if im trying to win the league, and my opponent's team is better, but luckily, his best ATT was injured for 3 weeks during a NT match, giving me the chance to surpass him and win the league with the lesser team.
NT injuries not only affect other NT matches, but mostly, league games.
So of course, getting rid of it will only help the best teams to keep being the best easily.
KEEP TRAINING AND INJURIES!!! Don't kill the game.

So you're saying the better team lost because of an NT injury? I'm not sure you're making the argument you want to make.
