Muha to All
We all very often have problems with player injuries, sometimes they are long-lasting, which disrupt the game system and tactics. This game simulates real football, so we have the option of buying players and coaches. Why don't we have the option of freely buying sports doctors who will help us to get the injured player to recover sooner and to get better results with our games. To be the same with coaches and players - the better the doctor, the greater his value, but also his efficiency is greater and better, and the player will recover sooner. And even if we have the right to sell these doctors because we bought them and paid for them with money from the club's budget. However, this is not mandatory, their status can be the same as that of a coach.

What do you think about this proposal for Sokker Management to introduce doctors to free shopping?

As far as I know, there was an idea for clinics to be built where people could receive treatment for a fee, but... there are more important issues to address, like design and other aesthetic features in the game :)

I don't know about the idea of building clinics for players to recover. I'm not a developer, and in layman's terms I think it's simpler to create an option for a doctor's shop, similar to a trainer's shop, than design and other aesthetic features in the game.
What do others think?

I think if the devs want to take money out of the game, this isn't a bad option. To be honest the game could do with more "End-game" costs, even if they're optional, because once you've got the stadium sorted and your coaches set for the next 15 seasons, where are you going to spend your money?

wages, transfers, youth school

but probably it was a rhetorical question, right? ;-)

I think that some kind of "injury fix", like -50% injury time etc. would be useful, but it should have a high cost, otherwise it's pointless since if it's a low amount then simply everyone will use it every time

I can't say for every time. Personally, regardless of the price, I would use it to treat the players I train, and not all of them :)

yes, but there it gets difficult. What is a high fee to pay? And for whom is it high?

Money is not the right measure to balance these decisions. There is still too much money at many individual bank accounts. You are one of them.

I prefer your idea to set strategical focus on 1 out of 4 benefits (injuries, form, ys, fan expectations) once or twice a season.

Yes, the "focus/choice" would be better, but it's a rather complicated idea so I wouldn't hope that they introduce it. I mentioned it to Raul long time ago and he wasn't even interested.

As for the price of such "procedure", no idea... but if it would be like 50k euro for halving the injury, then it wouldn't make sense, most people would just use it every time they got someone injured, so it would be an equivalent of just cutting down injuries in half

maybe, xx% extra fee for next transfer.

something like 2% transfer fee per injury day. One can choose how many days to reduce.
