GENERAL SOKKER RULES
As a user you are obligated to obey the following major rules. In the game it is forbidden:
• to own or to totally control more than one team
- This is a clear big big big no-no in Sokker. DO NOT own more than one team. Assuming you have just one team, avoid wherever possible doing anything that could lead to people to question this.
- With all forms of electronic communication it is very hard to ascertain 100% proof of innocence or guilt. Clearly, unless an admin physically broke into your house, and saw you red-handed logged into two accounts, or an account clearly not yours, they would struggle to prove guilt 100%. Therefore a decision has to be made based on the available evidence. There are many ways that the sokker admins try to understand whether a user owns more than 1 team – and all cannot be provided here as that would allow real cheaters to potentially prosper. However decisions are not made “willy-nilly”, however it is possible for innocent users to get themselves into bad situations – read the rules & ensure you don’t get yourself in a pickle
• to sell or to hand over a team to another user (no matter if he was already playing in Sokker or is a new user)
• to have a team in a country other than the country of nationality or habitual residence. In case of registering from a different country or coming from a country not included in Sokker database, please explain it by writing to admins@sokker.org.
- If you move country temporarily – and some of us do, remember to mail the admins to let them know. A 2 week holiday isn’t an issue
• to transfer any player between the teams that use the same IPs or that log from the same computer
– Remember that people may share IPs with you who share an internet connection or network with you. Avoid transferring between yourself and housemates, workmates, school friends, internet café users etc. Avoid having “sokker parties” with everyone logged in together from the same IP. Shared IP + Shared Transfers = Big trouble. As per the comments at the bottom of the rules, if you are aware of sharing IP address with other users, let the admins know.
• to help other teams by bidding intentionally on their players above the market value
• to transfer players over their fair market values
– Both of these items are often found with illegals – people with more than on team, trying to find a “Free” bank. Therefore never get involved in this, even if you just think you’re helping out a newbie, and the amount of money is negligible to you
• to hack another user's account and to try to obtain other user's password
• to use programs that may be dangerous to Sokker
• to post or present material that is designated as illegal on this family-oriented site (i.e. to present any racist, fascist, or pornographic material, presenting illegal programs or the material breaking software licenses/copyrights) or causing potential harm to another user's computer (i.e. containing viruses, harmful behavior, etc).
• to use any encountered errors in Sokker to one's own needs (every traced bug should be reported to the admins)
• to break the Rules of Sokker Manager or the Forum Rules stated elsewhere
– All of these are blindingly obvious
If you happen to use the same computer (or local network) with other users, it should be reported to admins@sokker.org. Please include in your message login and the name of the team with identifier (i.e. login rysio [1], team: Testowa [785]). As mentioned above, any transfers between users who ever have shared an IP is illegal.
TELL THE ADMINS IF YOU SHARE COMPUTERS, NETWORKS, IP ADDRESSES!!!!
Violations of these rules of Sokker, including the major rules above and breaking the registration rules above (such as attempted registrations for multiple teams), will be punished with penalties up to removing the user from the game.

Ενημέρωσε οτι μπαινεις απτην δουλεια και οτι υπάρχει η πιθανότητα να παιζουν και άλλοι απτην ίδια IP. Απο κέι και πέρα δέν επιτρέπεται σε περίπτωση που υπάρχει και άλλος χρήστης με την ίδια IP, αγοραπολησέιες μεταξύ τους.
