Subject: NT U21 - Red Emerald

Μετά από αρκετή σκέψη αποφάσισα να βάλω υποψηφιότητα για NT U21. Χωρίς πολλά λόγια νομίζω πως τα δυνατά μου σημεία είναι η οργάνωση και η ανάλυση. Τα αδύνατα η εμπειρία δυνατών πρωταθλημάτων και η διαχείριση υλικού υψηλού επιπέδου.

'Ως βοηθός στο team του Snake έχω εμπειρία από την δουλειά που έχει γίνει και νομίζω πως μπορώ να συνεχίσω την πολύ καλή προσπάθεια που έγινε έως τώρα. Κατά την γνώμη μου ο κάθε NT πρέπει να θέτει στόχους προ εκλογής και να κρίνεται βάση αυτών. Οι δικοί μου στόχοι είναι οι εξής:

1) Άνοδος στο τοπ 25% του παγκόσμιου ranking ώστε να έχουμε καλή κλήρωση στα επόμενα προκριματικά. (Δηλ θέση 24 και πάνω)

2) Έμφαση στην νοοτροπία ανάπτυξης νέων Ελλήνων παικτών στους χρήστες της ελληνικής κοινότητας. (Κυρίως των μεγάλων ομάδων)

Τέλος επειδή ούτε οι πολύ κολητοί μου φίλοι στο Sokker (Cosmo, Socrates) δεν ήξέραν για αυτή την υποψηφιότητα παρακαλώ πολύ να ψηφίσουν κατα συνείδηση τον καλύτερο κατα την γνώμη τους και όχι τον φίλο η κολλήτό. Αφού αφιερώνουμε τόσες ώρες στο παιχνίδι αυτό ας βοηθήσουμε την ελληνική ομάδα να διακριθεί.

Καλη επτυχια.Πρεπει να βγει καποιος που ητανε και στο team και θα συνεχισει το εργο του snake και αφου δεν εχει βαλει και ο αλλος σε στηριζουμε.Πιστευω εισαι παρομοια περιπτωση με εμενα και εχεις ορεξη και θελεις να βοηθησεις.;)

I see that you are the current Hellas U21 assistant and candidate to become the next Hellas U21 coach. So I have 2 questions for you:

- I read in your speech that you want to get Hellas into the top 24 contries to become a better drawing. Now Hellas is n° 32. But the last 5 friendly’s of Hellas was against Kypros (71), Bolivia (66), Senegal (69), Tunis (96) and Kazachstan (86). These are not the countries to improve the ranking. Do you want to challenge better teams to inprove the ranking of Hellas? Or do you fear to lose from these countries?
- What about tactics? The last 2 seasons you played always with the same tactic (4-4-2 Balance) with your team. Are you able to play with other tactics or dou you think: never change a winning team? If you play in my series it’s very esay for us because you are so predictable.

Thanks for raising these questions. Its really interesting to discuss these topics especially when the candidates have a clear and communicated vision about a national team and they are not opportunists ...


To your questions:

1) Ranking is a priority in order to have a better drawing for the next qualification group stage - I hope you can understand that. I will not discuss last years friendlies especially the last 5 since these were used for different purposes other than getting ranking points. For this year it is a prerequisite to challenge better teams in order to improve our ranking position. So there is no fear what we did last year its simply a different target.

2) Tactics is not only about system naming mate ... - if you would invest some time scouting what i did you would understand what i mean. Regarding to your comment

If you play in my series it’s very esay for us because you are so predictable.

Don't you think this is an objectivity ? Do you know what i would do if i had to deal with opponents of your series ?? OR Is it your perception that its ONLY versatility in tactics that makes a team competitive or successful ???

Finally i have only one question for you.

Since you want to become an NT in a foreign country how come you are not supporting your own country's player development? I have noticed you have only 8 Belgians out of your 26 players ... Is this your way of developing national talent ?

Concluding i can also make negative comments about your team or ability to deal with different game aspects but my purpose is to help Hellas U21 to improve (Like i did the last couple of years from a different position - without any personal gain e.g. having a player into the team and simply care about its development) and not to show off just for an election.

The people from the Hellenic community know who I am and what I can do and I trust their judgment.
