I got a number of questions.

1.What's the reason you have desided to be a candidate for the Greek team.You said that you have greek origins. Do you understand the language by any chance?

2.You mentioned that there are some greek managers that wish to help you. I would like to know, if this is possible who will be your new staff so we could judge accordingly

3.Last year Italy had a rough year in WC and lost against Turkey and England, what happened?

1. Probably I was not able to explain it correctly, sorry for that. I don't have greek parents, but the origin (both historical and legendary one) of my city is greek... spartan to be exact. Me, but all my community, is really proud of this. This is the main reason why I really want to win this challenge. Δεν καταλαβαίνω την ελληνική γλώσσα, αλλά μπορώ να προσπαθήσω να χρησιμοποιήσετε έναν μεταφραστή, αν προτιμάτε... but I know that greek people is very very good with English ;)

2. My idea is to create a unique federation for the entire NTDB management using the official Hellenic federation, like I did in Italy. The NTDB is not property of the coach of the moment, but a patrimony of the community. This is the reason why I would like to have a DB staff with expert greek user... I've contacted the actual staff members of both NT and U21 and all were so kindly to support this project if I'll be elected (madkiller, Richangelo, jimdrago, cranber, etc.)... also with purple043 we had few mails about this and some scouting tool. But we need people, and so I'll ask to the community if someone else we'll take part on.

3. About England, I told you something before... the resposability is mine 100%, really bad approch of mine to the match. This is the most studied and prepared match (3 weeks looking NT matches, preparing tactic, trying to copying the opponent ones, making arcade matches...) but the worst of my history. But this was the most important lesson to learn... never make tactic only suitable for opponent, but always try to make the most suitable tactic for own players and ideas. About Turkey I think we're very unlucky, but also in the choices of this match now I'd change more than one thing. The last 2 seasons were very formative for me, and in the last NT match I've very good results (with Suomi and Brasil for example).

I've seen some discussion in the other electoral thread, but I don't understand the situation also because I don't know previous facts... and won't to know. I only hope not to be involved in some way... sorry for that :(

With the permission of the other candidate, I organized in the last days the NT schedule for next season.

There are interesting friendlies, almost all against teams in an higher position in the international ranking. The targets of the season is to qualify for the World Cup, but also the gradual ascent from the 31th position in the international ranking.

Thank you for my election... I promise to do my best for your National Team and not only.

The first 4 days of next week I'll be out of home for vacation, so less internet connection possibilities... but expecting my election I worked in advance to save time... schedule is done, and the Srbjia team (next saturday match) observed.

Also the scouting script was launched for all existing greek players with more than 15k€ of wage... more than 350 players founded, 55 selected to start with skills request.

In this first week, one of my Italian staff member (username: gegio) will support me... but in the next days I'll create the scouting staff with users from your community.

I'll update you about everything!

Up for this electoral thread... with pleasure I want to inform you that I'll run again for the NT-Hellas coach election... here to vote for me.

What we (me and the staff) did in the last 2 seasons:

- Good field results:
- 1° position (2° on goal difference) in the WC Qualification Group
- 5° position in the World Cup
- 8° position in the Euro Cup U27
- Increased international ranking, now upper than 16th (seed in next WCQual. Group)

- NTDB Management: increased and better organized use of the NTDB, with a unique Staff for both NT/U21. When I came the NTDB had no more than 400 players, now has around 900 with a lower average age and well updated.

- Interesting and useful initiatives introduction:
- Best youth pulls promotion
- Transfers publicization for U26 talents
- Database of club stadiums
