Subject: [NTU21] Ford Kuga

Hi everybody,

I’m Ford Kuga, a 23-year-old Italian user and I have decided to candidate for becoming the CT of U21 Greece.

I want to start my presentation saying that I like this game a lot: I’m playing this game since 2011 and I like this game more than that period, for this reason I’m very angry that Greg it is not interested to develop it. I think that there is a lot of potential but no one is interested to exploit it.

As I like a lot this game, I’m very involved in it:
-I’m tutor and I help the new users to understand the game in Italy.
-I entered in Italy NT staff 6 season ago thanks to Davornmar and I still there. For 6 seasons I have helped CT of Italy NT and U21 to update the players in NTDB and I coordinate the NT Staff for monitoring the training of best players in Italy. Thanks to these activities in the last WC Italy NT arrived in WC final against Romania.
-I was CT of Canada 4 seasons ago, improving the ranking of the NT by 15 positions. Before this experience I was the tactic assistant of the U21 CT in Canada.

For me Davornmar is one of the best manager here in Sokker and he is also a friend. I have seen that also Greece use a unique staff for updating players in NTDB: I’m very familiar with this organization and for this reason I think that it can be born a good collaboration with the existing members of the staff.

If I will be nominated for this role I will have an assistant for tactics.

these numbers are not significant because every week I buy 4-5 player for 1euro in order to play friendlies and avoid injuries of my best players which play in the first team on Sunday. After the friendly I fire them in order to avoid to pay thier wages. For this reason the number of purchases is almost 2 times the sales.

What is your experience and opinion on training young players, academies ?
I have always trained strikers. I like a lot to have a strikers that score a lot of goals :) For these two reasons in my team I train 6 strikers: 3 of them are trained on Sunday, the other 3 on Wednesday. 3 of them came from my youth school.
I try to train players of different ages in order to have 3 players that are quite ready for playing in the first team and the other 3 that are not ready because they are too young, but I can train them during friendlies.
This is my training strategy in my team. Of course I prefer to train the players that come from my youth school with respect to buy them. Because I think that having a player that play in NT team and come from your youth school is the most beautiful thing in sokker.
Another important thing in my opinion about training strategy is to have a good training plan when the players are young. During my experience in Italy I have seen a lot of young player with a lot of potential that were trained in a bad way. This means to waste future good NT players: if I cannot train a player in the best way it is better to sell him.
This is my opinion.

I agree with most things but training young players in the friendlies only is a very bad solution in the longterm.

Many talents are lost if they take a transfer to a team that doesn''t know how to train them.......

I train Defs. 3 of them are NT and 3 more are being trained for the same reason. How many defs do you usually use 3-5?

Do you have plans to use 21 yo players or give experience and training to 19-20 yo players?

we also had a fordfiesta user that did have a massive number os purchases and sales

How many defs do you usually use 3-5?
Usually I use 4 defs and a midfielder with good defence. But this choice will depend on the players available in NTDB and the opponent that we have to face. In some situations I used in my team also 3 and 5 defenders.

Do you have plans to use 21 yo players or give experience and training to 19-20 yo players?
I want to use the best team possible for the qualifications of WC, because I think that the random component in the match I very high and I don't want to risk to fail the qualification.
During friendlies I hope to use many 20 yo players in order to improve their experience and discipline. I think that 19 yo players are difficult to use, unless they are heros, because often they are very weak in fundamental skills. All depends on the players available ;)

I think so. As ford cars need a lot of fuel to run we need a lot of purchases to find the right players. Isn't it? :P

Ah! I forgot to introduce myself. I´m greek, who lived in Germany, that´s why you see a german flag.

For different seasons I have helped the NT staff in Italy to update the best players and to monitor thier training plan. I am very pround of this work because in the last WC Italy was one of the finalist. I think that I can bring my experience even in Greece.

2. What makes you different from other users?
I think that what makes me different from other users is my love in this game and my effort: in effect I was the first user to candidate Monday morning. Moreover, during the current season I arrived at 4th place in my league even if I have an average valuation that was lower than any other team in my league.

3. What are your targets?
First target is the qualification at WC. Then after the qualification, I think if we are a bit lucky we can arrive among the first eight U21 national team in WC.

4. What will you do to prepare the team for the qualification games?
I study the opponent but I'm not very focalized on it. I prefer to focus on my team and see what tactic in that moment is the best for me and the players available.

He is my friend here in sokker and in real life but I cannot confirm his presence untill I will become the coach. We have similiar insights about tactics. I think that an assistant for tactics is very important because he allows you to see what are the errors in the tactics that you don't see or want to see.
