Well.... i was read this forum and i see my name here... so, i was more curious to know what my name was related in this discussion... heh

First of all, i am not ignore player form, i just said that when i was world champion, my best midfielder have 4 in form and i use him and also that i am already used and win before, teams that 3 starter midfielders have low form, the problem is put the form as a thing that is 100% crucial depending on the situation... if for example i have similar players, i will choose the guy with most form, but at that case, he was the only midfielder with 16 in speed and 14 in passing and playmaker, i will not use a midfielder with 12 on passing and playmaker since i know that this specific player can play well for about 30-40 minutes? That's the thing you do not understand...
You may not even agree with me and I don't want to force you to do this, but I have a basis to speak, I was a finalist with Switzerland and world champion with Poland... I've used players of all kinds in different national teams, of all sectors, the midfielder sector is the least I have seen suffer from drop of player form, and there are reasons for that ... they are usually players who have more space to play, the position that I prefer to always have player with highest form possible is defenders, those yes ... they are very affected... but that’s it, what if you don’t have any more options? Are you going to use a totally horrible player that will not be 100% useful in your way of playing just because you have 1 or 2 players with low form? It all depends on what you have in hand and how this low form will hinder you during the match.

Form matter but also depends... depends who will be your opponent, depends who is the options you have and depends what formation you want to use and also how will be the replacements during the match, I do not know and do not want to know what options Greece had for the midfield (if Tolis have or not other options to play different vs Argentina and bla bla bla ), but I spoke in a specific and hypothetical way.

As i said... depends, how do you use this player? What position does he play in? How much space does he have to do his job? There are several factors, it is not that simple ...

form and half prized players against Hellas.
That team shot 4 times and score 4 goals,against 3.
Is this improve that the forms dont count or this is improve how bad is the ME we play?
Not only the rules but i have see many times low form top players and they cant run,
for example.(and i have see not so good players with high form playing better from the most top players!)
If those rules are working you can loose any match.If they dont coz the ME decide not working,
then it dosnt matter not only the form,but many other things!!

Δεν δεχτηκα καποτε πρεπει να παιξουν και οι 20ρηδες,και ειναι και καλη προτοιμασια

I didn’t understand what you’re getting at by saying this, my point is simply to show that the thought of thinking about 1 thing is very limited (form for example).
I have more than 100 matches as a coach and yeah... you can see a lot of matches that you can talk that i survived and have some luck... myself can give examples to you... Perú vs Spain (my first U21WC match as coach), Poland vs Hungary in U21WC semifinals (i play with 10 players on pitch for almost 90 min)... also i can show matches that i play better and draw or lose... the point here is not to show that you are wrong, but rather that it is limited to think of 1 thing just as there are more possibilities for the result of a match.
Create a strategy in fooball is like play jankenpon... the stone wins the scissors, the scissors wins the paper and the paper wins the stone, which wins the scissors and etc ... there is no option that is the definitive in jankenpon... and the same is in football, the difference is... at jankenpon you have only 3 options, in football ... you have more than 3 million of options ...

Αν και είπα να μην ξαναγράψω αλλά αυτό δεν θα το αφήσω αναπάντητο.Το παιχνίδι με την Αργεντινή τον άφησες εκτός αποστολής και θα ειχε διαφορετικη τροπη εαν τον χρησιμοπιουσες αντί του Λούη ας πούμε και είχε και εξωπραγματική φορμα.Και ο Πατέρας θα ήταν διαφορετικός παίχτης δίπλα του.Δες τα παιχνίδια της ομάδας μου τι κάνει ο Μπαλανικας με αμυντικούς πάνω από ένα εκατομμύριο αξία και ποσους βαθμούς μου
εδωσε .Σημερα πέρασε και το ένα εκατομμύριο αξία που οι άλλοι επιθετικοί που έβαλες θα την περάσουν στα 22 και βλέπουμε .Εκει που έπρεπε να παίξει δεν έπαιξε γιατί να παίξει στα φιλικά να αποδείξει τι;Να αφήσεις τον Μπαλανικα στην ησυχία του λοιπόν να τον ετοιμάσω για την μεγάλη εθνική πια όπως και τον Πατέρα.

At the previous WC we crush Portugal in the match,but the machine have a diffrent opinion,
and the Portugal goes to the Final!!
To be a bad prepared team and to win there is not happen in RL,and must be stop
in the game too.
