[U21] Friendly U20 – Hellas x Nederland

Tomorrow the friendly match will be against the Nederland national team to continue training and choosing players. In the last friendly match, even with 1 less player, we dominated the match, but in the final stage we suffered a comeback due to low stamina around 3. Another negative factor is that I would like to have more U19 than U20 playing, but it is not possible yet.

I was wondering if you have any 19 year old players that you think could be in the national team, either post them here or send them to me via message.

Both of my U21 players are GK and they are in your squad already :)
I am training only GK atm

Let's see how far they can get as the decrease in weeks and training efficiency for the higher levels will make a difference.
I think it will level down, the advantage will be for those who have more players, I think.
That's why we need to have as many junior schools as possible.

Ας δούμε πόσο μακριά μπορούν να φτάσουν, καθώς η μείωση των εβδομάδων και η αποτελεσματικότητα της προπόνησης για τα υψηλότερα επίπεδα θα κάνει τη διαφορά.
Νομίζω ότι το επίπεδο θα πέσει, το πλεονέκτημα θα είναι για όποιον έχει τους περισσότερους παίκτες νομίζω.
Γι' αυτό πρέπει να έχουμε όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερα σχολεία κατώτερης βαθμίδας.

i bought 37 defmid skills one year younger for 764k

i watched Sarafoglou but didnt want to spent 1 mil for him ( if i was bidding him , he would go for more than 1 mil )

It's true, when the national team was the only option to help in the training was more viable, today there are many people who don't even want to upgrade skills so that the player doesn't play.

You are right , many teams dont even have junior schools , i do many seazons but i am not lucky with that , i hope future will be better ..
i like lottery of junior school even if i lose money , i am waiting for a strong 16yo or 17yo ..

That's natural Tony. The problem is that the friendly also gives more training than the national match. When there are 3 matches in a week, why would the manager want his player to play in the national team? To get injured? An extra incentive must be given for the participation of the national players.
