hmmm look. Oikonomos of the house was the guy that was taking care about all the housework(including growing up their child-education etc :P ).(it was mainly the women).

dont knw XD i was talkin about the word oikonomos meant at ancient greece and mainly in athens at the period of the wars with sparta . now at new greek. oikonomos means means the guy that takes cares th economy XD . now i dont knw iwhat meant the word oikonomos at the Seleucid empire . XD
