Ben Haim from Chelsea is lazy and not inspiring. The good Israeli players are playing in Belgium and that doesn't make them great. Our NT sucks and that's it. Football is not our forte and I gladly accept that.

I was rather happy when Greece won the Euro last time, though I must admit it didn't make any difference to me when they lost now.

I wish Russia or Turkey will win because a new team winning makes the sport more interesting, but as I said before... Germany will win this time.

I know that I almost play Israel to win.
I like the team , winning many matches 1-0.Very tight team.

No, he (Assulin) thinks he is as good as Messi, but no one else thinks that! :)
We have a few nice players but nothing too good.
Even when we get a good player, his career is usually killed by the stupid/greedy administrators and politicians and team owners.

However, from what I hear... At least one Greek team owner, albeit in basketball, has decided to open his wallet and throw everything out to buy new players... Olympiakos owner is buying everything he can get his hands on... what's going on there?

Both Panathinaikos and Olympiakos are in a race to buy the best players available.

Panathinaikos bought Pekovic and Fotsis. While there is a rumour about McIntyre (Siena) and Scola (Rockets)

On the other hand Olympiakos tries to win the trophy after a decade. The new owners bought Papaloykas, Vujčić and Erceg. There are trying to buy Halperin and a rumour about Anthony Parker (Toronto)
