No its not abt luck --its tactic which Bomaby heat used to play. I & priyo came from same league & he used to play with good players n tactics. Even thou its a bot team, its still equipped to beat.
Same is case with Jelly beans

Chelsea FC chose to relegate, classicblues thinks playing in the 2nd Division will be better for his supporter-mood and for the sponsormoney.
He may be right, his squad is not good enough to be in the top half of the NFL, so building on his team and receiving more money from sponsors(less defeats in 2nd Division) isn't bad at all for a while.
