This will help in improving the condition of Devision 2 next season
We should try not to loose any D3 manager this season
Another thing is for sure that any D3 team which dont get promoted this season wont wait for another season in D3

Myself Siddhesh originally from outskirts of Mumbai,studying in Bangalore.
Not a kind of HT rebel,but when I read the forums before joining,felt like giving it a chance and help SK grow in India.Promise you not to be inactive.

Very good to see a new manager in the community of India.
Sokker can be played alongside HT, no problem at all.
The main difference is that in Sokker you need players that are very allround, although I understood HT is working on that as well.

Good luck in the game, I expect you to be a 2nd Division-manager soon !
