It is really unfortunate if we loose good and active managers like Mayank. What priyo is saying is true. There is a transfer between these 2 teams from the same IP. The transfer seems to be with a team which his bro had started recently, when Mayank asked him to join SK. And obviously they use the same PC to login from home. I know him from Battrick as well and he is a good and honest MMOG player. I dont think he intended to break the rules of the game.
I do understand that this is a potential breach of SK rules, and thus the admin went ahead and banned both the teams.
Knowing the situation now, I would request the senior managers and especially De General, Tonnies and Nikko to get in touch with the admin team and personally request for a pardon for Mayank.
India as a country in SK is still trying to get a foothold with the stronger nations. We do have a problem of less players and even lesser active managers. I dont think anybody would deny the fact that apart from the 7 NFL manager (excluding East Bengal), Andybond, Slade (that too he has reduced his commitment to the game) and ofcourse Mayank, we have very few active managers in the country. Add to this the problem of growing difference between the NFL and other teams, managers not continuing because they are loosing interest. So if we loose one of the active managers, we would certainly be headed the wrong way. Also loosing few good young trainees in his academy. May be De Generaal would know better.
This long mail is to request the NT, the U19 and other senior managers to appeal to the admin team for a exception. I guess they should penalize him financially, roll back the transfer, etc rather than banning him and taking away the team.

I would be happy to help Mayank out and will try to explain the situation to the administrators, but to be honest.....I don't think we stand a chance.
That transfer will probably be the bottleneck for the administrators. It is rock hard proof of cheating. Intentionaly or not.
Nevertheless, it is a major loss for the Indian community now 2 managers are banned. That is something I will state in the mail.

Just never trade players with DAXX, and make sure the administrators know about it.
I see that Mayank and vicious don't always use the same IP address, I think that could be proof that they are brothers, and probably didnt know about its not allowed to make a transfer between them.
Yes, Tonnies. Please quote my post. If required, and if it helps, even I am ready to mail the admin, stand by this and I am confident, if they poll the NFL, not a single manager would deny this. Cause we all understand if we want to make India a stronger nation in SK, we need to make this game interesting for managers. To make it interesting, there is no substitute to having more involved players in the game. So loosing on a active manager, means a big loss. I saw the stats posted by you and it clearly show his is the 8th best team in the country. So he is truly capable to be in the NFL. No offense Andy, I know you to have build and managed your team very well. and I know you would be in the NFL soon. Please follow Tonnies advice for avoiding any such complications in future.
I'm talking with the admins and so does Tonnies and De Generaal... it will be hard to change their minds but we are making a try...
