Should I start the junior school now? I've about : 14 081 150 Rs. and I get 4 000 000Rs per week. I a;so have to buy a good junior coach.

Think u have to have Plus to start a league.
If u have so much cash, buy better players than what u have, one excellent ATT and one excellent DEF or maybe even a GK.
I notice ur always in a hurry. U have to slow down. Rushing things will only lead u to make mistakes and regret them later.

harshvardhan87srcm and Bartimaeus you both have to know that in your league the best teams are their apart from NFL. Now to get win in this league is tough. But I see rough tactic of your match and I don't like it. See national matchs. That give brief idea about tactic.You can see some tactic in Youtube. you can try that also.

i think the first player is bit ok but cant say same about the second because he is just adequate defender
if u want to buy defender then his general skill for defence should be like very good at this level or may be excellent if u can get higher skill its great

if you want to have defender with pace training def should be higher than pace. so in that case this players are not too good. try good pace with solid def or higher skill.I always prefer young player like 18 or 17. coz when he reached 19 if he is excellent pace with solid or very good def, he is valuable. but in 20 that player is less valuable than 19 years. In 1 st 11 mix of young and old player but in 2nd 11 you must have 11 young player in lesser age. and another think other skills like tech, pass, playmk are less important but some level needed.

The first one is ok but what were u thinking when u bought the second 1? I told u to look for defenders with atleast very good defending.
You are spending way too much money buying useless players like this. I see you've bought 17 players in just 3 months. You should first figure out the type of player u want and only then buy him. If someone outbids u, don't worry. At your level, the kind of players u want are in abundance. Everyday you'll find a player that can fit in ur team. Be patient. In 19 seasons I've bought just 56 players that's like 3 every season.
So the first thing I want you to do is figure out for urself the level of players u need for each position. Post it in the forum and we can guide u. The quicker u learn to gauge ur own team the easier you'll find things and you will have more fun coz it'll be the team that u chose by urself and not players that others recommended.

As for tactics, check out the NT tactics or check out tactics on utube. I don't have Plus so can't see ur tactics but if u have plus you can see everyone's tactics.
From what I can see in the match report, u like to make the wing backs move up the field and u keep both central defenders pretty far back. That leaves a huge gap in ur defense and makes it very easy for a counter attack. If ur opponents striker has excellent technique and striking, he will score lots of goals. This also allows the opponent to have his strikers far up the field without risking an offside.
U have a sort of diamond formation with 1 player in central midfield. That leaves u very vulnerable in the midfield and once the opponent gets past him its a clear run from the centre line upto ur D.
As ur players are low on pace, keep them closer. Always keep ur 4 or 5 defenders in 1 line. Play with 2 central mids.
Don't worry about tactics too much. You'll learn with every match. After every match try and make a few changes in ur tactics so that u understand how the players move. Even I made the same mistakes, only difference was that all the other teams were bots :P
