The first one is ok but what were u thinking when u bought the second 1? I told u to look for defenders with atleast very good defending.
You are spending way too much money buying useless players like this. I see you've bought 17 players in just 3 months. You should first figure out the type of player u want and only then buy him. If someone outbids u, don't worry. At your level, the kind of players u want are in abundance. Everyday you'll find a player that can fit in ur team. Be patient. In 19 seasons I've bought just 56 players that's like 3 every season.
So the first thing I want you to do is figure out for urself the level of players u need for each position. Post it in the forum and we can guide u. The quicker u learn to gauge ur own team the easier you'll find things and you will have more fun coz it'll be the team that u chose by urself and not players that others recommended.

As for tactics, check out the NT tactics or check out tactics on utube. I don't have Plus so can't see ur tactics but if u have plus you can see everyone's tactics.
From what I can see in the match report, u like to make the wing backs move up the field and u keep both central defenders pretty far back. That leaves a huge gap in ur defense and makes it very easy for a counter attack. If ur opponents striker has excellent technique and striking, he will score lots of goals. This also allows the opponent to have his strikers far up the field without risking an offside.
U have a sort of diamond formation with 1 player in central midfield. That leaves u very vulnerable in the midfield and once the opponent gets past him its a clear run from the centre line upto ur D.
As ur players are low on pace, keep them closer. Always keep ur 4 or 5 defenders in 1 line. Play with 2 central mids.
Don't worry about tactics too much. You'll learn with every match. After every match try and make a few changes in ur tactics so that u understand how the players move. Even I made the same mistakes, only difference was that all the other teams were bots :P

I bought him because I've very less defenders. So now I think so I'll sell him and aim for higher defender. But the problem is that you'll say that I should have a def with solid pace, very good defence, solid technique and 18-19 age but they're very hard to buy. The bids go above 15 000 000Rs. So I can't buy them.

u don't need to have only 18-19 yr olds. if u want players with higher skills for cheaper, u need to buy older players. Even if u buy 20 -21 yrs its ok. A 20 yr old player will be cheaper than an 18 yr old with the same skills. Buy players of all different ages. Buy a few youngsters to train say 5 or 6 below 20 yrs, the rest can be older. Its also important to have players with good skills that can win u matches as well.

avi has proposed me a friendly match and he's going to give me some advice after the match. Though I'm going to lose I'll try to give him some tough time. But I have to really appreciate his idea.

Do the subs get training during the match??
2011-11-10 10:25:30
Yes it''s a great idea. Yes subs do get training. All players get training depending on their playing time.
2011-11-10 12:34:02
But subs who don't play during the match??
2011-11-10 20:22:16
No training unless ur training stamina in which case even those that aren't on the bench get training.
2011-11-12 11:43:14
Should I take players in the age limit 25-30 who are good.
2011-11-12 20:55:52
Having a couple of them might do more good than harm but they should be the best players in ur team otherwise there's no point buying them and keeping them on the bench.

I'm trying put a player from my team in the transfer list but then it is coming that the player needs a chance. Does this happen often??
2011-11-16 09:17:53
Never heard of that. Must be something new.
2011-11-16 12:42:56
It is not new. When a junior player purchased by a team some times He does not want to go for sale. After playing some matches or increment in skill will send him sell list. So you have to play him some match.
2011-11-16 12:59:32
Thats right. When you buy a new player, he may refuse to be transfered if he didnt play much in your team. This is absolutelly random. You may buy a player and sell him inmediatelly... or he may refuse to be transfered even if he already played 3 or 4 matches. But if he plays more than this, for sure he wont have any problem to be put for sale.

Should I keep him in the team or should I sell him as his technique is unsat

You should decide. I dont know talents, your other players, your coaches, etc.

Every user has a team. I manage mine and your U21 NT. Its imposible for me to give my point of view of every player you request. Sorry
