See, even I'm a newbie so you might not take me seriously. But if u look at my tactics against sporting clube u'll observe that I have 5 defenders and they're placed very closely together. I knew that I was going to lose that game so I pushed for a draw. In the end I lost 1-0 which isn't a very disgraceful defeat. I had only 1 wing, 2 mids and 2 forwards just to get that counter-attacking chance. In your match u should have played with at least 4 defenders. And u normally play against very higher ranked teams which downs your rating points. Don't do that. Play against teams of your level i.e. below 2000 or between 2000-2100. Defeating those teams will instill some confidence in u instead of just losing higher ranked teams. U have a great team, it's just that u aren't using your team properly in the case of tactics. Try make some different tactic which is more formidable in attacking as well as solid in defense. The rest apart u can really do a good job if u keep in mind all those things. Just keep it simple and don't make it too complicated. After u start winning frequently u'll get the confidence:) Enjoy the game.

In the last few games I'm playing with 5 defenders so I have even kept Def training. So just try to think like that so u might kept maximum profit. Oh yes, tell me the mood of your supporters.

His technique is too low.

You have to know about how many striker in your team needed. max no of striker needed by a team is depend up on the strategies. In a match you can play max no of striker is 3 so 2 match in a week 6 striker. Now how many striker you have and what is their condition, depend on that you can sale this player.
But in my view you should sale this player and try to purchase another better one than this one.

Both are awesome players. The 1st one is a great defender and the 2nd one is also a defender. Though u should keep him on the DEF wings as his pace is low.

NO sorry. Keep the 2nd DEF as your centre DEF. His is an excellent def and has excellent technique.

I don't like the 2nd one too much. He's 24 and will take longer to train. He's low on pace and very low on stamina. If the same player was 22 I would say go for him. Remember in less than half a season he'll be 25.

Any idea how I can find a coach with atleast a general rating of unearthly?
Been looking on the TL and under coach recruitment but can't find one.

Unearthly coaches are rare, if you find them on the TL they go for mega amounts.
Recruiting them is the only possibility, but then you must be very very lucky. All requirements on magical and fingers crossed. 36 000 Euro (1 800 000 Rs.) each attempt. I think it cost me at least 30 attempts to get this one :

Actually I am trying to recruit a magical coach for my junior school. On 1st time I got this one. So in that case I am lucky. you will find some unearthly coach on last and first few weeks of season on transfer list which I noticed in 2season.
