when how and for how much did u get him?

he came in first time I recruit so the exp is minimum just 18 lack. but I have 2 brilliant coach I have tried at least 10 times to get them. It is mare luck how many times to take get a unearthly one.

They've modified sokker and if you'll want 2 change the jersey you'll can change it in the media section. It's great that they've modified it.

The higher the coach level, the more exact the junior level determined. Also, the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you. “
I put this from rules. It is for all newbie who are willing to open a junior school. Specially harshvardhan87srcm . Now a junior coach’s wages is concern. harshvardhan87srcm’s coach is magical. His wages is Rs.2803750. Much higher than a magical one. I have an unearthly coach with just 1lack more wages. Now as per rule ” His general appraisal will determine how quickly the juniors will improve their skills.”and ” Your junior coach’s general skill decides on how accurately the general skill of each junior is estimated”So except general skill every skill is irrelevant. I put a list on the forum about the wages of junior coach. I put that another time.

I started with junior school with incredible coach. I pull a Brilliant Junior and one magical junior with that and at least got 4 to 5 formidable, outstanding junior within 3 seasons. Not bad at all. I am giving a clear picture about money to harshvardhan87srcm. Let there are average 15 junior in school. 16 weeks a season. So expenses is {(15*50000)+2803750}= Rs. 355370 per week and (355370*16)=Rs. 56860000 per season. I am asking to any manager who gets that amount of money from 1st two years of Junior selling? If your coach is unearthly with Rs. 2803750 of wages I would say ok to that risk. If you want to open a junior school always follow the minimum wages list for junior coach.

There is a forum Sokker International Topic – “Junior coach: What's your think?” Read all the experience. You will know the possibility to make money out of junior school. And what amount of coaching level is effect the training of juniors.

i wont say that avi is wrong but my point is that inspite of buying costly juniors from transfer list its good to produce them in our own school so that we dont have to think about buying them from transfer list because anyhow we have to pay a unnecessarily huge amount when we need to buy a good player, in spite of giving that money to someone else why shouldn't we spend that money for development of our own players and infrastructure which will ensure the better future of the club and the country in the sokker international.

secondly at the moment i had recruited a coach through coach recruitment because i didn't got the desired coach after trying for almost half a season in my budget from transfer list so it will serve for me for sometime and i guess that when ever i sell him he will give me a handsome amount of money.

thirdly i am not opening a junior school currently with 15-16 players i will keep only 5-6 players so that it doesnt disturbs my weekly budget much and i will make sure that my account shows the profit balance sheet after end of every week, it might sound stupid that starting a junior league with just 5-6 players because by doing that i wont be able to qualify for junior league but thats acceptable for me for now unless i m able to raise my weekly account as much that it supports the 15-16 member junior school.

First of all, which players are you planning to train ?
Can you post them here ?

I agree that its better to train than buy but that will take lots of time before you get any notable jrs and it might also cause u to go in debt for a while if ur not careful. It all depends on how well u think u'll do with the current players u have. If u need to buy and sell 10 players every season then forget about it.

According to me, it takes atleast 8-10 weeks to gauge the talent of a junior. If u discard of him too early u might lose a potential star. I don't agree with training only 5-6 players in the jr school. My strategy is always have the schools capacity set to 6 more than u are currently training. As it is, u might not get 6 new jrs every week. 1 week u might get only 3 new jrs of which 1 maybe promising. Hence to maximise ur chances of getting that jr star u have to use the strategy I use which is also the strategy that 99% of sokker uses. According to me anything else is a waste of time and money.

When buying coaches, try and distribute the skills between them. No point having all coaches unearthly in the same skill. Most people buy coaches and stick with them unless u r starting off in sokker like u r. If ur buying a coach to train strikers, also include technique, pace and stamina unless u already have other coaches unearthly in these skills.

I still think u should train pace.

It is always better to train own junior than others and financial condition like you have you should open a junior school. but wages of your junior coach is too high. My point is when you can get the same things in less price then why give more. Minimum wages of a unearthly coach 26 lack. So why give much wages to get a lesser product.

I know you can not open a junior school with 15 member. Coz you can get max 6 junior in a week. So I mention 'average' and 'let' this two word.

If you think it will possible to go with 5-6 junior, I give you another picture.You can train max no of junior 30. Expenses = 30*50,000=15 lack. Half of your coach's salary. If you are taking risk take it fully not halfheartedly. Don't think about 5-6 junior school.

Junior school is not a temporary matter. It is a long term recurring Investment with capital return. So always risky.

Another point coach is not transferable . So you are in loss. In my point of view you should sack your junior coach in Friday before financial update. Recruit a new coach in Saturday. You recruit a brilliant/incredible coach with wages not more than 14 to 15 lack (in case of brilliant), 11 lack (incre coach). When you recruit a junior coach the skill distribution should be followed like this

Stamina: hopless (min)
Gk: hopeless (min)
Others: magical.

As I explain earlier junior coach's general skill is important and a coach with high Gk skill wage more so keep that 2 skills minimum.
