Don't you think his players would be better off training in pace till the start of next season? I thought once next season starts he can train technique for MID or ATT. That way most of his players will get atleast 1 pop in pace and maybe a few random pops instead of just 5 or 6 players popping in technique.

I thought Mario Reba, Teodor Omek & Dobroslav Fedák have the potential to be the stars in his team and so we should try and set the training so that they benefits the most, the rest should fall in place automatically. I had done the same with Noel Sathasivam.

Pace is a good option also, I will change it in my advice

Skills Required for GK: Keeping, pace, passing
Skills Required for DEF: Defending, pace, technique
Skills Required for MID: Passing, pace, playmaking, technique
Skills Required for ATT: Striking, pace, technique

For now this is more than enough for you.

Don't get confused with real life. In the game, strikers rarely pass, especially at your level. 1 pop in striking for a striker is probably worth more than 2 pops in passing. Coz passing goes hand in hand with playmaking. Playmaking decides how fast he passes the ball and how create he is with the passes. So having good passing skills with poor playmaking is quite pointless. Read the rules, all this is mentioned and much more.

I give a real pic to manage your fund coz if you don't have money you cannot make a good team. Now junior, you have 5 junior that means 5*50000=250000. With junior coach wages=250000. (avg as per your coach’s skill.) So 500000 for 1 week. If you keep them for 10 weeks then amount is 5000000. Now I am saying to all - is there any player in your team who can fetch more than 5000000 within 10 weeks? Your main team have 16 players so your wages is small but with 3 coaches. The total wages goes to more than 2000000 per week. It is really high for newbie’s as per your league coz you get almost same amount of money from your sponsor. So no income if there are any surpluses, not more than 500000 and your progress is really slow. As per my view one have more than 2 corror in his A/c then he can open a junior school. As per my experience my junior school loss is more than 16 corror till today. But in my view it is not a loss coz I don’t sale some of my own juniors which can fetch me more than 10 corror each today. I have the luxury coz I have the money to keep them. So make your money first. My view closes the junior school and starts it after you got 2 corror in your pocket. Take at least 20 players in your main team age less than 20. Go for pace training with a main coach who have skill in pace as unearthly, other skill is less important. Coach should be adequate or good with 300000 wages.

Try to purchase the player with some tech skill and purchase more than 10 players like this.

i think both your gk are quit older so you should try and sack or sell any one of them in comming weeks and make sure u had one new gk who should be around 19 years of age and play him in friendly matches full game so he also gets some sort of training that will be helpful for you in the coming seasons

also remember while purchaseing gk make sure he should be resonabaly good in pace passing keeper and stamina skills all other skills except techniqu is of not of much use for gk

I too agree about the keepers. Think u can sell the weaker one and buy a keeper who is max 18 yrs this season coz in 2 or 3 weeks it'll be everyone's Happy Birthday ;)

A little rule I like to follow about buying and selling players is that I try to buy a player that's as good as my best player and is atleast 3 yrs younger. So I suggest you buy an 18yr old GK with solid keeping, adequate pace and weak passing. I think you should wait till the age updates till u buy the keeper coz an 18 yr old with the same skills is much more valuable than a 19 yr old so u should get him cheaper.

But I do think that u should sell or sack ur weaker GK now as u don't have any great matches coming up and you can manage with 1 GK for a few weeks, that'll save u atleast 200 000 Rs. in wages. Whenever u go to sell a player always put him up for 1 Rs. coz beyond a certain amount u have to pay tax :P Although I think you'll end up sacking more players than selling them.

Ideally I try to have 22 players, 2 for each position, but right now as u are short on cash, 15 or max 16 is good enough. Try to stagger the ages of your players in different position so that they all aren't too young or old. For example, 4 first team defenders can be 26, 24, 22, 20 yrs old and ur 5th sub can be 18 yrs.

ok I'll do as you'll say. I'll close the junior school and buy a GK with approx age 16-18 and I'll try buy some new youngsters and train them. But I really want 2 ask is this: If the value of a player is good then is his talent good???

Don't close the jr. school yet. For the time being change the no of places to the no of jrs in the school. That way u won't get new jrs. If the talent of your jrs is good enough then u can keep them otherwise sack them. As u sack them accordingly reduce the places till you come to zero. You can find out their talent by seeing how many weeks it takes per pop. That'll take time unless you've been keeping track already. Once the school has zero players then we sack the coach too.
