They're all good but don't buy players with tragic technique coz they will keep fumbling with the ball unless they're 16 or 17 yrs so they have time to improve.
I don't like the look of Kordian Bugajec. He's neither here nor there. seems to be better suitd as a def rather than a mid.

what says hoodibaba its true. never purchase a player with no tech. if you going to buy any player for train pace you can try lesser in pace and upper in other skills which explain earlier as per def, mid, att, gk requirement. but not as pace less than week in 16year and up as age goes. better pace is always appreciated. Another advice never depends on any one's advice when your prob on forum. Lets discus it first with every one then decide your won path. after all you manage your won team. we are helper and always here to help you:-)
I agree with avi. We're all here to give you advice and at times different people will advise u differently. It doesn't mean that someone is wrong and the other person is right coz different tactics and methods work differently for different people. You have to take the advice and do what u think is right and I'm sure in a few seasons u will be giving ur own advice to newbies.

the first one, if talented, will be a superstar (3 average and 1 good with ony 16yo).
The second one is useless. He is too old to try and train tecnique for him.

plz some1 tell me how 2 judge a player's talent
IN NEXT SEASON YOU WILL BE PROMOTED TO HIGHER LEAGUE
Talent calculation is too hard to explain here. You should calculate the average changing rate of the youth player, and you should use an excel function called Linear Estimate (or something like that).
But we can resolve the issue by giving you a spreadsheet so you fill it with the data and get the players talent.
Here is the thread in Sokker International Forum. There you'll find a link to the spreadsheet.

You can do yourself your excel table in order to calculate the talent and estimate the training results of a player: on the columns you put the age from 16 years old till 27 years old and on the lines the skill level from 0 till 17. In the table you will have the quantity of training weeks your player needs before each improvement.
In the first cell, i.e. B2 (age = 16, skill = 0) you put 1 (that is the best talent), in the second, i.e. C2, the formula "=B2*1,1". Than you copy the same formula along all the line (so for example in the cell G2 you will have the formula "H2*1,1").
In the first cell of the second line, i.e. B3 (age = 16, skill = 1), the formula must be: "B2*1.1". Than you can copy the same formula in all the table.
It means that for each year more or for each level more, the requested time is 10% longer.
Now, if you know how long a player took between two improvements in the same skill, you can modify the value in the first cell in order to match the table value with the observed value and you will know the talent of your player and you will able to make previsions (of course for skills where the trainer has the same level, except stamina that grows on quickly and pace that is a little bit slower).
For example if a player moved in striker from 10 to 11 at the age of 19 years in 5 weeks of training, it means that he has talent = 1,45.
If now he is 22 years old and his skill in passing is 4, probably he will move to 5 after 4 weeks of training (if the trainer has the same skill in striker and passing).
Be careful because only one improvement is not enough to understand the talent, because what could seem an improvement from 4 to 5, could be only an improvement form 4,5 to 5,0.

That ok, thanks so much!
But whats better is to try to figure out talent in the youth school... so we can fire players if they are not enough talented.
