That ok, thanks so much!
But whats better is to try to figure out talent in the youth school... so we can fire players if they are not enough talented.

I thought you sacked your Junior coach ?

I sacked most of my junior players not my junior coach. I' currently trainig just 3 juniors now. Again I'm asking should I completely close the junior school??

what happens in week 15 and week 0
2011-10-08 12:58:49
Its either:

- get a better Junior coach and continu with the Juniors
- or sack the Junior coach, his level adequate is worthless for a Junior coach. Sack all Juniors and put the available spots on 0.

Seeing you don't have the money for a Junior school, you should choose the last option.

I cant calculate the talent of your 3 juniors because I dont have any data to do so... but their level and age seems fine.

I would keep training those juniors and always leave 6 free junior slots every saturday, so many new good juniors enter the school. That makes 9 slots for now.

But, as De Generaal said, an "adequate" junior school coach is too little. You need at least an excellent or formidable junior school coach. I would recomend you to keep things unchanged until you get the money to buy a new junior coach and pay his weekly salary.

Eventhough the current coach wont help very much in training the juniors, if the juniors are talented, they will improve anyway, and once in the first team they will train with you main coach, so I wouldnt fire them at all.

I've decided to close the junior school as I only have 2 000 000Rs . Should bring my junior coach to the assistants??
2011-10-09 12:09:50
How many coaches do you have? I think that 1 coach and 1 assistant are enough.
2011-10-09 12:11:29
You can sack him on Thursday or if you think you'll forget, he can be sacked rightaway.
For an assistant the general skill (adequate in this case) is also important.
Adequate assistants won't deliver much extra training.

Important for you now is that your main coach has a very high skill on the skill you are training your players (pace was our advice).
All assistants with a level of solid or lower can be sacked.

thats a pitty!

Young NT is very poor. We need more and more indian players in Sokker, so there is much chance of having good players, and sacking your Junior School doesnt help with the plan.

Anyway, try to save some money so you reopen the Junior School in the near future. You'll see you'll make money with the Junior School when you begin selling the juniors.

There is another process to make money faster. But it needs at least one season.
1. purchase or recruit a coach who have level in pace and def as unearthly.
2. purchase 16-17 year old with solid level of def and pace.( not less than 10 players)
3. go for training pace 4 weeks and def 4 week simultaneously.
4. after 1 season at worst case the players would be excellent at both the skills.
5. sale them all.
6. If you try it 2 season you have more than you wanted to open a junior school.
It is my theory and I prove it with my team in past.
AND just have to forget about win for 1 or 2 season. This is the main and heartless part of this strategy. you can not expect win match in this strategy if you have you have a bonus.

You can take a TREMENDOUSLY BIG SURPRISE if you buy 10 16-17 year old players that have no talent (say those who pop pace in 4 weeks or more). Also take into account that solid level is not very low, so it takes longer to pop. Those players are really hard to find... you should be an expert in the market and also have luck.

There is also another bad thing: you dont help your NT if you dont have a Youth School. Your country is not producing players at the rest of the worlds rate if your managers close their Youth Schools.

I agreed with you but you have to understand that lot of user going to bankrupted if they continue for junior school. There is only 10 - 12 real active user. Others don't know how to manage the team. I am not opposing to some one to open junior school. But they have to know what is the proper time to open school.
and player purchase it is not possible for some one to purchase that kind of player in a week. but at the end of the season it it is not too difficult to find that kind of player.
I never made loss in this process. In 10 players I find at least 50% are talented.

I'll try to follow your advice but I don't have enough money. In all I have 4 coaches so I'll sack two of them. And as u say I'll forget about winning this season. I'll just train my players. But can't I buy players with ages 19-20??
But why r u telling me to buy defenders???
