I'll try to follow your advice but I don't have enough money. In all I have 4 coaches so I'll sack two of them. And as u say I'll forget about winning this season. I'll just train my players. But can't I buy players with ages 19-20??
But why r u telling me to buy defenders???

Sorry panchoahead but I'm in a financial crunch right now so I can't afford wasting money for junior schools and even my junior coach isn't good enough. But I promise that once I'm out of this mess I'll forge a winning team and I'l try to supply you many talented young players.

Defense is the easiest training for a small team. Two skills to be train that's why I said to every new one to train def. As per your condition of finance you may purchase now 18 year old suggested by De Generaal coz 17 years are costly for you. or you may wait for the seasonal bonus.
