First of all congratz to the dutch duo. Tonnies for senior team and De Generaal for U21.

The introduction of U21 teams gives more incentives to users in order to hire better coaches and develop their academies. It's really important that users invest on youth players because this is the only way the senior team will get better.

Anyway I wish the best of luck to both Tonnies and De Generaal.

Another magical jr. is already in the making but will be ready only in the middle of next season.

It all depends on the youth coach.....mine is magical.
Plus u also need to know who to keep in the jr. school and who u can reject, which I have learnt from De Generaal.
This is my first season that I'm getting outstanding and above jrs.

You forget one thing though: you need a whole lot of luck too. :)

yes,fully agree ,luck is the main factor.I've unearthly junior coach but yet not able to get any junior more than brilliant.I think my youth coach is best not only in India but also in sokker .

I'm the older around here (didn't check De Generaal) and I'll get my 1st Brilliant this week with 3,22 talent. My YS coach is Magical but I don't have any luck I guess...!! Previous high was a crappy Incredible...
