Subject: NFL Season 11

I hope i could have agreed with you.. From what i have seen in the cup there is not only difference between the league and others but it's as if there is non existence of any team other than 7.. No offence to anyone but how many of us has actually has to fight to reach here.. In the last round i played four 18 year old defenders with a pro. And one of my attackers scores a goal if he has 20 efforts on goal... And yet i win with ease.. It's a serious issue as to why no other team other than 7 of us are able to proceed or catch up with us..

but i am concerned in a way as to why the other mangers are not able to catch up.. They are way below us and their progress is not upto the mark of what i have seen in the cup.. I would be happy the day one of the second division team will reach semifinal or even final.. Just what happened 2 to 3 season back and which shocked the top 5 then.. Thats the reason F. A. Cup is famous.. Isn't it..

I don't think too many new comers are really interested.
Every time a new manager joins, I send them a welcoming mail in which I tell them the immediate things they need to do when starting. Only 1 of the newcomers had replied to my mail (hadjibulls) and he's doing pretty well at the moment although even he hasn't mailed me in a few months.

Not sure wht shd be done for this situation to improve, ne solutions???

And we need to have something soon...cause the gap is widening every week. I think we do have someone designated as the Communications Manager or something..right?...Sorry to ask, I am extremely ill-informed. But who is he???

I was studying the teams now...according to me there are some clusters

Top Cluster - Unsinkables, Lagends, RKFC

Cluster 2 - Chelsea all by himself :)

Cluster 3 - Manu, Rajputs, myself (hope you two dont mind me putting myself at par with you)

and then there is no Gap but an Abyss :)

God knows what happed to once the best "Nancy's Boyfiends". I really dont know why, cause since they had a break up and he rechristened himself as Pondicherry Prowlers, he has hardly seemed to be the same.

I think its Legends FC...Communications manager, i guess!!!

i think Aruna is right.. It's Pondicherry Powlers who has all of time slipping down..

As I said, it's only been one way communication.
Nobody responds to my mails.

can we have a snap shot of what u send to them?
1st thing to decide should be what exactly shud be communicated to them. let the team collectively lay down the points......

reasons it is difficult to catch up

1) age gap and tactics
It takes a lot of time to make a Kalyan Rachana

2) lack of money in lower leagues
Two seasons back I finished 3rd in second division. My weekly earnings used to be around 4 500 000
next season new teams started joining in 2nd division and my weekly earnings slipped to 3 000 000
even after finishing first and winning all matches
and now I earn 9 000 000 despite of loosing all matches
This difference in weekly money is the reason

Welcome to Sokker Manager. Have u played any similar games before?

I'm Hoodibaba, the owner of Lagends F.C. in the NFL. I'm also the first Indian manager. I'm in charge of helping all the new users who play in India. Initially u might feel a little lost and frustrated as your team will lose quite a few matches initially.
I suggest u first get familiar with the site, the rules and your players.U can read the rules by clicking on the button on the left of your screen. I also advise u to visit the different forums (again the button is on the left).In the “Sokker India” forum, u must read the following topics which will clear most of your doubts:

5) Question

These will clear most of your doubts, although after sometime they will seem repetitive. Even experienced managers like myself still refer to these from time to time, it’s really helps.

Also to change your training settings, click on the button above the dollar sign on the right of your screen. U should be training pace at the moment as everyone who plays a match gets trained in it. To arrange a friendly, u can do so by visiting the matches page of another team that hasn’t scheduled a friendly. You can only arrange a friendly if you’ve been knocked out of the Federation Cup.

You probably don’t know which positions to put your players in. I could help you out with that if u send me a list of your players and coaches with all their skills. I could tell you if you have any players good enough for the National Team. Also please let me know how much money you have (click on the $ sign on the right of your screen) so that I can guide u accordingly.

If u need any help, don’t hesitate to ask me or any other Indian manager. It would be best if u asked someone playing in the NFL as we are the most experienced Indian managers. U can also ask the coaches of the Indian National and U21 teams.

Two of the top three teams are out... Can you ever imagine that the best attacking team in India will just score a goal and that Rajput and Manu will reach Semifinal..
It's point to notice that the tendency of the Federation Cup matches to have close finish is unbelievable.. Let's see what will be the score line when these team plays in the league match but that is cup matches with one team having nothing to loose and playing thier heart out..
I hope that i am not drawn against lagends and i am eager to face B team of Rajput this Sunday giving both equal chances..

de general.. This is for you.. Are there upsets in your country frequent or the top 2 division reaches pre-quarterfinal and top division reaches semi final..
till what position you usually reach..
