My program is simple:
I want to maximize at best the scouting role.Because of it, it would be possible to grow very well the team by the NT coach under the necessities of the NT team,expecially the future ones.
All decent player will be tested in some matches.To give all the possibilities to get this little gratification.
Friendly matches will be planned against all kind of teams, both strong ones and weaker too to have a clear idea about the NT U21 strong.
We must try to reach the best result as possible,it even unuseless to say it ;-)
Talking about myself i am one of the best young strikers trainer in
sokker and i prefer offensive playing.
