Hello I'd like to write hire about my election-aspirations for being coach India NT

First of all I'd like to tell some words about me : I am 20 years old and I am studying law in one of Biggest Polish University (University of Mikolaj Kopernik in Torun) also I'm playing football in VI polish league - I'm doing it for fun because football is really important part of my life - and as many of you can know it's a bloody nice kind of sport


My Canditure

I am playing sokker since 2005 year , my team Fc Polna is now in polish IV league - maybe next season I'm gonna go to III league - I won V league 4th time in row - now I'm rebuilding my team I need young player to make my vision of training - this is one of reason that I'd like to candidate for NT coach - I really like to work with players and tactics in sokker - watching them popping up and running on the field.
Since I start coaching my team I won many games , also I lost a lot of them but today I think I got really big experience how to manage team and make it success.
List of my success in sokker isn't big but as I said winning 4 times polish V league and manage to get in a few seasons ago to 7 round polish Cup - to 256 best polish cup teams but my biggest successs I think was winning SOI Cup first unofficial Sokker Champions League Cup SOI wasn't cup for weak team as you can see link1 , link2,link3, link4 I manage to beat really strong teams. What Can I say more about my sokker life - I'd really like to become a NT coach- it's would be kind of prize and new chalange for that 4 years playing sokker. Last years I was candidate in Albania country for NT Coach -Twice I was 2nd - this year with your help I'd like to win and help improve India NT Team


My Coach Plans

First of All I'd like to make NT Team more popular in India Users - Increasing popularity of NT can make more effective looking for new players for NT in lower divisions I think. I'd like to play games not only best players but U 22, U 23 and even U 21 games - there isn't bigger prize for manager than having NT Player and in my opinion can effect popularity of NT

Secondly I'd like to work with India managers to make a NT COACHING SYSTEM I have seen India statistics and NT need to improve firstly their DEF - maybe it's is v.good or excellent in game statistics but in number-statistics it's isn't look so nice On the other hand I think India got really good Mid-line - and I think that is the biggest weapon for winning games- tactics that is India playing now is strange in my opinion - Mids don't have chance to show what really they can - so results are that not other .

NT Coaching System - what's that?

That system working really good in South Africa NT couple years ago - When You pull really good younger and he got for example one skill lower than others- and you are not training it - You can put player in base where other manager who is training it and got another younger with low-skill with you are training - you can do kind of change - but not every time - You can sell your player and know that he would be popping up rapidly and some day become NT Player. The point of system is that to sell players not to all managers but to that whose got really good coaches - and Youth would have in that teams really big chances to become NT stars. It's not easy to make this system working I know that money is something which all of us need in sokker - but You will have to choose - Money or NT Teams . My work in this program is to make lost money as little as It would be able to.

Matches

I know that India NT isn't best team in World - It' gonna be really hard to change it rapidly , but also I think that potential of Team is really big - there is now group of young players in Base of Best Youngsters and in NT Team who with help India Managers and help new players that gonna be in NT that We can fight for next qualification for World CUP , That would be point of my election - playing games with stron teams and take lessons from that games.


Lastly I'd like to say that it was pleasure for me telling you about my sokker ambitions and plans . . even if I wouldn't be able to win elecitions I'd like to help with NT Team to make it better. If you got question write hire or send SK@

well i feel that there is no scope for new u21 manager

it is the nt spot which is vacant

Hello I'd like to say some words about my plans for India NT Team

I think India need to improve young player training - more toyoung players means better u21 and Main Team , now as I can see India got some nice players that with really good training plan can be future star of NT TEAM, In my opinion there is now 4-5 players that are stars of NT Team and They should play as much as they can in NT Team to have more training sessions , this player is :

Jagadish Sadayappan he is now playing almoust for 70 % so with his age 22 years is really nice , I think he would be star of NT for 5-6 seassons,


Deepak Hiresh Attacker who is now playing nearly for 70-75% and got 24 years , in my opinion after 2 seassons more he would play 80 % but he need good training plan

Joseph Akshaykumar Really nice defender 24 years old , playing nearly to 60 % but i think can play more than 60 % easily

Savio Ramchand John Terry of NT India in my opinion- really really nice player , Star of defance line of India Team


Deepak Kathiravan In my opinion one of best India MID , can better because got 24 years - Young Player with great future



As you can see there is some player that now can give India qualification for WORLD CUP in my opinion with good tactic and nice training plans that Coach of NT team should negotiate with Owners of the clubs that India players are playing. It is really hard I know but I think I can make it :) greetings Zamber

Must correct you in your description of the NT players :

- Deepak Hiresh is definitely no attacker, he is a winger with divine passing .......
- Joseph Akshaykumar is a defensive MID, no real defender with only incredible on def.
The biggest problem with him is his lack of passingskill (solid) to become a real star. Last season he showed some improvement in that department.
- Kathiravan is not the best MID, with the lack of defensive skill (only average), he can only be used as a very offensive winger. And bearing in mind we already have Hiresh and with Sadayappan and Subhash Vittal coming to the first squad now, his days as a winger are numbered.

I know that you don't have access to the database, but its better to make a judgement on these players if you know their skills ;)
If I read your plans, I get the feeling you don't really understand how difficult it is for this small country to maintain its position on the NT ranking.
Playing with U23 and U22 really doesn't make sense, since we don't have a big lake of representative players to choose from. U21 is probably a mistake, because we already have a team for that.

Playing against strong teams will not have the effect in the way of learning things, it will only cause India to drop in the ranking and that way the chance of a difficult group in the WC qualification only will be bigger !

I know I don't got much experience playing NT Team - but in my opinion plan of playing u24 , u23, u22 with country that we can win and get ranking points isn't bad- now when engine is changing playing in NT game give more training (old version was 33% now is almoust 80 % of normal training session in sunday game) so I think this extra session for 5 (if you train passing ,def, etc) or 10 if you train speed is really important to improve India NT , India don't have so many users as Poland or Italy so in my opinion way to increase NT Player is making a plan of training youth player from the begining

Youth Player with talent getting out from school- this is most important part of all , that player should go to the team with good coaches to have best chance to improve their skills, they should play in u21 games to get more training - i know the begining would be hard , but after couple of sessons (2-3) India will have 10-15 players that can give team stats near to 60-65, important thing is coordination with India managers - talking with them about training plans etc. - one person wouldn't change much but 55 India users with good NT coach can change a lot
