I lost to Unsinkables, still I got 11 new supporters.. this is more than wat i used to get last season....

has there been a change in the way how supporters logic???

I think its a result of getting stronger (higher ranked) teams in the NFL (with Mumbai United and Legendary Knights) than the ones who relegated to the 2nd Div.

all the winners of last week won again this week

Surprise Surprise!!!...Chelsea lost again, this time to Legendary Knights...Good start for the knights.

Thanks...though I should admit Chelsea lost a key defender, injured, before the goal. That may have had an impact on the result.
I think this season seems to be a season for the strikers, 20 goals in rnd 1 and a spectacular 29 today. So already close to 50 goals in just 2 rounds. Thats awesome football.

And the level of the league is defined by the fact tat there has been no clean sheets till now!!!

This shows that each team has got a chance to make inroads this time around....

Yeah..you can look at it that way as well but I would prefer to see matches which are high scoring than having 0-0 and 0-1 scorelines and saying we are great defending teams. :)

Just a guess on Fed cup quarter finals:-

unsinks vs Rajputs
Manu vs Mumbai
Chelsea vs RKFC

Not sure of the logic that draws the fixture, but its sad to see its once again the same eight from NFL.

I am happy that all of us are in the Quarters and that the best teams made this far. But the unfortunate thing is this is getting, to an extent monotonous, to breeze through the first few rounds even with your B or C grade teams. I really dont know how are things improving with the other teams in India, but currently its a sorry state. I thing I wanted to know from our Dutch coaches, "How is it in your country (SK of course), is it just as predictible as ours?"

The only real pre-quarter was that of Rajput's with a lone goal victory but I guess he had sent his young trainees to have a "feel" of a competitive match, and then asked them to play blindfold. :)

Does anyone think back passing of defs is irritating? im sure few of u might have faced such situations whr the defs have back passed to the opponents strikers instead of fellow defs!!!!

Ha ha ha... I find Bhavesh to be reallllllly funny....

Going by today's game against him, if he is not interested in Cup and still puts out the team which he put out today (as compared to the one he put over the weekend...)... then i wud realllly like to question the statements he makes.....

As for my analysis, today's team was much much stronger than the one which was put out over the weekend... and if i would have placed by complete B team (instead of just a few folks), i wud have been hammered by his 'A' team.
