You can't it is a mere gamble, you just can see who is a goalkeeper and who is a fieldplayer. In the games you can see how they act on the position you chose.

Sylvester Revathi from Rajputs looks nice, will be 18 and ends as brilliant with a talent of around 3.7 weeks. Rating 41 as a striker.
Shame he didn't put Arijith Mitanu on goal, he is a GK with brilliant prospect.
